I called and set up an appointment for someone to come out and do an estimate for a garage addition. The man who came out was at my property for around 45 minutes, not real personable, but that's ok. He informed me that he would call me with the estimate in 2 weeks. That was about 6 months ago. He nor anyone from Schaefer called me to give me the estimate. They wasted not only their time which is their fault, but also my time. It was rude, disrespectful, and ethically questionable to come to my home, look around, take measurements, make a promise to call, and then not follow through. If they didn't find the job I had worth their time, then just tell me that instead of lying. It is a big job for me and worth the time and respect to address professionally.
