Business faxed response see attached.

I purchased this car a 2011 Ford Fiesta August 4th 2019 and I have had problems every since I got it with the door handle that kept falling off, then the key stopped working. Once I got my car back both still weren’t right. Then Tim and his loan officer Kelly has my car sent off again to have it fixed it came back with the check engine light on and the head lights not working so they sent it off again. I have been in a loaner car more then my own car. Tim and Kelly sent it to Rc automotive and they had to put a new fuse box and harness into my car which took about 2 weeks! Then the next day my battery went dead, Tim has to get a new one and send a guy to put it in. Then I finally get my car back and it needs a rack and pinion and steering column. That was over a 1000 worth of work I just got done. I realized yesterday my horn does not work, nothing on my steering wheel works. When I took it back to the shop that fixed my steering column and rack they said it had everything to do with the wiring. Tim’s loan officer Kelly has been playing games the whole time telling me my car is in one place then when I call the warranty company they are saying they never got a claim from her. My car was supposedly at ford, but the warranty says they never got a claim from ford. Now that my horn or anything on my steering wheel works including my back tail light and my back doors are having issues and all these wires are sticking out underneath my steering wheel, rc automotive wants me to drop the car off so that means no transportation and I have 2 jobs. This have been awful to say the least I’ve made only one payment and have had all these problems! I would rather have my money back and go somewhere else these people have done nothing but lie to me from day one.

(Revdex.com Copied from original document. See attached file.)Case ID# *** Re: ***Ms. purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta on 8/4/2019 from our dealership. Her vehicle was purchased AS IS with our dealership and we provided the customer the opportunity to drive and inspect the vehicle prior to tier purchase.Ms. has the vehicle financed through Credit Acceptance, which included an extended warranty through Wynn Warranty Company. This warranty allows her to take the vehicle to any shop she would like to have her vehicle repaired. The warranty also provides rental car reimbursement.Ms. contacted us with some issues shortly after she purchased the vehicle. A door handle was loose and there was an issue with the key lock cylinder. Even with the vehicle being sold AS IS, we paid for these problems to be fixed, at no cost to her. Ms. noticed that her tail lights were not working. She asked that we take a look at the vehicle again. We outsourced the diagnostic work to Park Ford and then the repair work to RC Automotive. The vehicle was finished on September 25th and she came to our dealership to pick up the vehicle. She called a few days later and the battery was dead at her home. We sent a mechanic to her home and replaced the battery at her home_ Throughout all of the repairs, we provided Ms. with a rental car at no cost to her. On October 7th, she contacted the dealership with complaints that the vehicle was experiencing the same issues with the taillights. I asked that she take the vehicle back to the same shop that fixed it originally so they could stand behind the repair that was already performed, and that it would be no cost to her. She contacted them and set an appointment for October 14th and never showed for the appointment. All repairs have been completed at NO cost to Ms. and at all times, she has been provided a FREE rental vehicle. This is something that is NOT required, and also something that most dealerships would not even offer in the first place. Please contact me with any questions,Kelly ManagerTim's Auto Sourcing

I am rejecting this response because: from what I read in the response the company left out a lot of stuff that was wrong with my car, yes Tim provided me with a car. But they never went to park ford because when I called my warranty they said they never got a claim for my car. Also I refused to send it back to Rc automotive because they are the ones that keep messing up my car every time it’s sent over there it comes back with more issues so I’m not taking it back there. Also I have two Job’s I can’t afford to drop my car off for 2 weeks and be without a vehicle! The door handle is still falling off which means they never fixed it correctly. They also crowbarred my door and scratched the door also and it was not like that when I purchased it.I have wires sticking out up under my steering wheel from Rc automotive putting in the fuse box and harness. Nothing on my steering wheel works at all my head lights are out and my tail light. Tim didn’t mention when they brought the car back from Rc automotive my check ignition light was on, headlights was out and my key stopped working shortly after. They had to tow it away the same day I got it back. Tim has sent my car to Rc automotive about 3 times and every time it has come back with new issues! I just had to get a steering column and rack and pinion done shortly after I finally got my car back after almost 3 weeks of them having and supposedly fixing the fuse box which they put after market wires and stuff from a junk yard on it to fix the wiring which is probably why I’m still having issues and new ones with the wiring. When my car was sent to Rc automotive the first time for my key the guy told Kelly which is Tim’s loan officer that the fuse box was bad and she chose to ignore it and have him just fix the key instead and when I got the car back it ended up getting sent right back to Rc automotive because the fuse box became a issue and that’s why my key wasn’t working right. They are not being honest about everything. I want a full refund so I can go elsewhere. The credit acceptance company wants me to over 9,000 dollars for this car that has so many issues already and I’ve only made 2 payments. I also need a transmission mount, struts and like I said my headlights are out which means I have to drive with my brights on and my horn does not work and my taillight is out. These are things I can get pulled over for.

I am rejecting this response because:I have never even seen those receipts at all. I have been asking for receipts every since they have started working on my car. I have no copies of none of these receipts. I’m the owner of the car and I don’t have these receipts. Then park ford never fixed my car so why is their receipts from there? It’s also saying another company fixed my key but why would it be on park ford receipt? This makes no sense. The communication is unprofessional. This car is unsafe for children and myself to be riding in on a daily basis. I have no head lights my tail light is out my horn does not work, this is just a hazardous car. I think it should be junked. I’m not even sure if it has a clean title. I refused to take my car back to Rc automotive because every time it comes back with new issues. I would like my car fixed at park ford. And I would like to take legal action.
