First, I'd like to say yes we will be happy to refund any money Mr [redacted] lost. and we'd like to apologize to Mr [redacted] for any problems we have caused.
It was a coincidence that the phone didn't work when Mr [redacted] tried to call. The phone...
number was out of service until we received this notice. The phone number works now
Also the dryer that didn't work we apologize for. We try to keep up with out of order machines but we usually don't know until someone informs us of the downed machine.
The downed change machine we attempted to fix it. But apparently we didn't fix it we are currently making efforts to amend that problem.
Please inform us of the dryer that wasn't working. we have a repairman coming this week.
We'd like to say sorry to Mr [redacted] for the trouble. we will do what we can to make amends.
