Tim's Hydrosseding did not deliver good service; product is not what he advertise; did not responding for calls to come back for repairs as he said;is not even close how should be ; he just took money for 15 minutes job.Product_Or_Service: HydrossedingDesired SettlementI would like to him to reseed it or my money back.Business' Initial Response July 30, 2013[redacted]Revdex.com Complaint DepartmentRE: Case # [redacted]Tim's Hydroseeding has been in business for 29 years, this is the first complaint filed to the Revdex.com Complaint Department. I have always taken pride in my work and the prompt service I give. I always meet with potential customers listening to them on want they want, with a full explanation on what I do, the maintenance of how to care and help the growth process of a new lawn after I have sprayed. [redacted] called after I sprayed to let me know the lawn wasn't growing and seemed to have a problem. I did respond by going over to his house the very next day to see what was going on with his lawn. [redacted] wasn't home but I talked with his daughter as she was leaving in her car. I spent 10 minutes talking with her as she told me and my associate how her father was taking care of the lawn. That being said by his daughter it was clear he needed guidance and help from me again. I told his daughter to have her father call me and let him know that I was by to see the lawn. [redacted] did call back but wanted to resolve the issue over the phone. Again being in business for such a long time I always like to discuss any problems directly with the customer face to face, while looking at the issue at hand.The outcome was [redacted] said he was to busy working to meet directly with me at this time and would call back to set up another time. I never heard from him again until receiving your letter of complaint sent in by [redacted].My policy is to always listen to customers with issues face to face, come to another agreement, explain and coach on how to nurture the growth process of a sprayed lawn. I have been always fair to my customers, prompt, and thorough that is why I have been in business for 29 years without a complaint. I still wish [redacted] to call so we can resolve his issue.
