Mr***,We consulted with our lawyer to try and establish the best way to deal with this situationHe recommended that we remove your comments from our social media and inform you of all our documented facts of this transactionHe also recommended that we stressed the legality of slandering or libelling a person or a company as it is a matter that can be taken very seriouslyOur goal is to ensure that you are totally informed since you are not the home owner nor were you involved in the procurement of our service in 2012.2012- System installed in May/June for *** *** *** ***.2012- May/June - 50% of invoice was paidTotal invoice was $18913.Cole Air Contracting Ltd** *** ***, StJohn’s NL *** (709) ***2012- not sure of the circumstance but the *** ** *** *** took ownership of propertyThis left Cole Air unpaid with a lien on the property2012- the registering of any warranty with the manufacturer is the sole responsibility of the homeownerSince the homeowner in this case was the bank, it was not registeredIt cannot be registered by the contractor, and must be the home owner- Mid 2015, balance owed to Cole Air was paid by *** ** *** *** from the proceeds of the selling of the property in question to the brother of *** ***- *** currently lives in this propertyCole Air informed her that the compressor is not under factory warranty due to it not being registered*** phoned *** who is represented by *** *** to inquire about thisIt was confirmed to ***, that this was in fact the case and there was no warrantyShe was also informed that *** gives customers a warranty even if they hadn’t registered for 5- years after the manufacture dateThis has also expired since the system was manufactured in late - Cole Air, *** and *** (*** ***) had a conference call where this situation was discussed and *** was again informed about how the warranty program worked2017- Cole Air was asked to replace compressor which they did at their cost with no mark upThey completed this work and when they went to obtain payment, *** refused2017- the parties involved were unable to figure out a solution, so Cole Air uninstalled the new compressor and reinstalled the old compressor - *** *** (***) is readily available to confirm everything involved with this transactionWe agree that this situation is unfortunate and are willing to work with you to find a solutionSince the invoice for the compressor is your main issue, we would be willing to offer your financing for this amount that will allow you to make payments over an agreed upon term If this is something you would be interested in, please let us knowThank-you, *** *** Cole Air Contracting

I am rejecting this response because there is no offer! All we have ever requested was an invoice with the correct installation dateIf he’s going to talk about us in this manor he should not be part of the Revdex.com companiesAll I in fact said on his *** page and multiple other places is that I will share my story so it doesn’t happen to anyone elseif I were lying he could have easily tried to charge me with slander but he hasn’t because he knows I am notWe are out over 3000$ and a warranty for a 20,000$ unit just because he made a big mistake and is refusing to rectify itThis would be of no expence to cold airNow not only am I going to continue telling everyone my story I am going to show everyone how he is talking about us hereThis is totally unacceptable, cold air will surely loose many contracts if they do not fix this
