I went to this shop and purchased a used tire. He sold me a tire that was dry rotted and uneven. I called to explain the issue to him. He refused to even make the situation right or hear me out. He got upset before I could finish explaining it to him, he began to over talked me and then hung up.

Refund I paid $50 for a tire that was put on my truck and is no good and now I have to replace it. I am only looking for a refund of what I paid. I'm willing to give him the tire back as well.
There are no warranties on used tires. Customer did not return to the shop to have us inspect the tire. She claimed another shop told her the tire was bad. I asked why didn't she return to our shop and she did not provide answer. We would be more happy to inspect the tire. Of course at this point, we do not wish for her to return. In order to resolve this matter. we are willing to refund the money. Provided she agrees not to spread negative information online against the company.

When asked why I didn't return to the shop, I did advise the owner that my first opportunity to have my vehicle inspected was on a Sunday and he wasn't open. I had my truck inspected at a mechanic shop because I thought maybe something had broken when my tire was getting changed. I never thought he would intentionally sell someone a bad tire. With that being said, how will I get my refund?
