Hello in response to your letter, [redacted] had called me and asked if she had her car at the gm dealer and they had giving her a estimate for [redacted]s for around 1600.00 . she asked me if I could do better I looked into putting together an estimate and found that there are no aftermarket [redacted]s available for that model with electronic suspension. I did put together an estimate with gm [redacted]s at a better price. Once I gave her the estimate she told me that she could get them from her friend that owns the [redacted] store in [redacted], I was surprised that they were able to come up with anything, since we are linked to [redacted] and I looked and called to see if anything was available . I agreed to install her parts we set an appointment on 3/9/16 where we installed her [redacted]s and a water pump which she also supplied. We performed a alignment, installed her [redacted]s and water pump and I purchased a set of used snow tires from her previous vehicle that she couldn’t use,  she was charged for [redacted], water pump installation and a alignment and received credit for used tires towards  Ref invoice [redacted].  I started receiving text messages on Facebook messenger at night with all these complaints about all of her issues, she requested that I call [redacted] the owner of the [redacted] store and call there tech line which I called the tech line and explained to her that the [redacted]s did not come from me or my supplier that it’ll need the gm [redacted]s that originally we talked about. I did contact the tech line and they told me that the electronics are not compatible with that model. Again I told her that. Finally contacted [redacted] at [redacted] we discussed the scenario and according to him they fit the application he said that he would talk to her and offer to take them back. But was up to her to pay for the R&R and the replacement [redacted]s. Not hearing anything from her I assumed they had made some agreement. On 4/20/16 she showed up at my store where we installed a set of tires again that she supplied to remove her snow tires that she was still driving on . Ref invoice [redacted]. At that time she complained of a coolant smell I looked at the water pump installation and found no issues vehicle was not overheating or leaking what was found was some coolant residue trapped in a valley in the engine that was the source of the smell. She also claimed her vehicle had a bounce and wobble. I took her for a test drive and verified the vehicle had a miss when pulling hills and warped brake rotors. We set an appointment to inspect the brakes and perform a tune up, lube oil filter and a injection clean. On 4/27/16 we performed an oil change and injector clean. She had rotors and brake pads that she supplied that we also installed on the front of the vehicle. Ref invoice [redacted]
We didn’t do a tune up as recommended do to the fact she told me only had two hundred dollars which she assumed that I would carry her till she received some more funds of coarse I’m in no position to do. See  attachments of invoices and cellphone correspondence she talked to me once or twice on my [redacted] phone the rest of the time via the messages sent to me she claims that I told her I would warranty the parts which is not the case shes made accusations of things that are not even remotely related to the repairs we performed. She states that we left bolts out of her throttle body and states we never performed an alignment, as well as made numerous calls to other tire pro dealers which I work closely with that know my operation, claiming that we all smoke marijuana and drink on the job. She even called the city hall and stated the same I own a [redacted] in a small town that I’m very well known and thought very highly of. I know that because the people she contacted here immediately contacted me.  My shop received 5 diamond award from Tire Pros this year and we do the best  to take care of our customers. Ms. [redacted] is looking for someone to sue she has a history of this behavior and she threatened to take me to court. I’ve known [redacted] since 2011 the first time I ever met her, I’ve talked the most 3 or for times in that period. [redacted] purchased a used car with no history of any maintenance.  All her vehicle issues are not related to the things we did. As you will see from other statement she has made to me in her texts. She claims we left a bolt loose in the throttle body. We never touched the throttle body we did a fuel injector clean which is a simple procedure. Hook up the pressurized container with solvent to the fuel rail pull the fuel pump relay and let the motor run on the solvent till its done, nothing was taken apart like she states.

I responded.
Tim is lying.
He mis-diagnosed my car, failed to put the correct [redacted]s on my car which is his [redacted] and profession, his job to know, did poor work, or did not do the work at all, did unnecessary work and caused major damage.
He lied about our friendship, about our history, about our contact, about our communication.
He failed to fix the complaints I had immediately after leaving his [redacted].
He refused me my information. Along with his manager Karl.
He lied about my car history, [redacted] is sending me their report from when I purchased the car last year. The car’s previous owner had oil change services done there as well. I will be scanning and sending the car fax I have also. The title was not wrote on as is, so there was no worry of there being damage to the car, it was in good condition upon my purchase. it was, key words.
He kept things off the book. He failed to document his services.
My diagnosis for the car, was for rear [redacted]s. Not front. Sunrise [redacted] said it may be one rear [redacted] or both they had to replace, but was not sure until they got into the job. I had accidently typed front in my complaint to the Revdex.com. I took the diagnosis to Tim. He wanted to inspect my car. I drove up on February 12, 2016 to Tire Pros in Republic, and Tim inspected my car, he said it wasn’t the rear, as diagnosed by the dealership, he said it was the fronts. He [redacted]  (Redacted by Revdex.com)during the diagnosis, had his daughter, and drove off with her to a party and not home, which I thought was poor judgment on his part.
And for an 02 car that was running not as smooth as it should, Spark Plugs would have been the first step. Not a throttle body clean, which he has lied about and stated fuel injector flush, which any girl such as me, can run injector cleaner through, which I already had! AND TOLD HIM SO. Plus, I gave him an oil treatment to add that day, that was not mentioned, and the gallon of oil disappeared out of my trunk, along with my accessory on the back of the console was broken.
I have since called city hall in Republic and reminded them of HIPPA laws, and the 2 ladies were made aware Tim named them in calling him to report I had called and inquired. The stories were straightened out, and they were more helpful the 2nd time around, and didn’t seem happy being ratted on. They suggested I contact the Sheriffs dept, and I have done so. Oddly enough, this is where Tim’s [redacted], the [redacted] of [redacted], and [redacted] “[redacted]”/[redacted]. [redacted] (Redacted by Revdex.com), and was willing to help in any way she can. Ferry County Sheriffs Dept.
FYI, my rear [redacted]s are leaking, still in need of the original replacement diagnosis, and now the one air ride bag is completely blown, and damage to the other. I had to purchase a temporary used tire, I had to purchase new tires because of damage done to the front tire was too bad to align again, that I originally paid for, 3/09/2016, and immediately complained about a bounce on braking and veering to Tim. He made his diagnosis over a text rather than driving it, finally on April 13, 1016, “probably warped rotors” Why wasn’t that noticed in his shop when they had everything apart, inspected it, and had driven it like they were supposed too? just like the brakes that needed replaced badly, and the missed wheel bearing that was out, or the evap leak I drove back up to his shop with?
Poor service indeed.
The tires I had to replace were new. The damage and wear caused by tim and his shop installing the wrong [redacted]s, he states one failed after installation, not sure if I trust his diagnosis or not now, and probably failed due to mechanic install is what the [redacted] company said, all of the miles back and forth to republic for him to fix his work/mistakes/things they missed, all of the miles back and forth to the dealership garage, and to the tire shop.....
he has cost me a lot of money, along with a trip to the ER with a nerve issue with my neck caused by stress, leading to a neck collar for 2 weeks, and prednisone steroids. (spasmodic torticollis.)
So I’m left with needing [redacted]s all the way around on my car.....air ride damage.....2 sets of tires.....a stack of bills.....etc
I can’t believe he has acted so unprofessional, and has been so stupid.
He endangered my life, and other people on the road if my car had (or does) “malfunction”
Tire Pros needs to stand behind their name too if someone is operating under it.
disgusting.
Thank You
                           2nd response:
only a turn signal stayed on because of the hazard switch being out, that was replaced, and the windshield wipers were affected by it as well.
they did a complete inspection of the car. nothing was found.
I had prior history of the car. I’m not uneducated. Tim lied to the Revdex.com. The [redacted] report was in the car every time it was in his shop. He knew I had done my homework on the car, not sure why he chose to lie....
here is the title as well, that does not state AS IS, indicating the car’s good health and condition by the previous owner. I respected the seller’s privacy by hiding their info with a post it note.
