we were NOT informed that the car will not be touched for more weeks as we dropped car offWhen we dropped the car off we were informed the car will be looked at that next morningMy husband called they told him the alternator was messed up and I called a week later and was told they have NEVER even looked at the carWe pay 4,for a car that is NOT worth itChecked [redacted] and there was some type of electrical going on with the car and we were NOT aware of at all and the [redacted] the company had did not state that there was an electrical issueVery dissatisfied with the company!

We offered to help repair the vehicleCustomer will only need to pay for parts and all labor will be free of chargeThe warranty is for 15days or 500milesWe replaced the windshield for freeThe plates has nothing to do with repairing the vehicleWe are offering to fix it at our facility If that is not what the customer wants, there is nothing else we can doThank youFair Exchange Auto

In regards to the Ford F-150, Mr [redacted] admitted to driving vehicle in four-wheel drive which caused transmission issuesThe customer understands that the vehicle is being repaired at no charge to him, Our warranty is covering the transmission to his vehicleThe vehicle is in the shop at the moment, it took us a while to get the partsIt will be ready in a couple of daysWe will also change the sale date on his contract showing the date he picks it upThank youFair Exchange Auto Sales

Customer had taken the vehicle to have a friend fix the issuesThe unlicensed mechanic messed with some wires, bracket flew off, and some wires were offWhen they brought the vehicle to us we informed customer that we were short handed and that time frame was looking about weeks to be repaired We only charged a fee of $to fix the issues that the unlicensed mechanic had messed upThey picked up vehicle and we did not charge for repair costs of the Nissan MaximaWe let her know the time frame and they chose to waitAny other facility would have charged about to fix the repairs.? Hi, this is my response to the fair exchange auto sales; On February 2nd I had a used car inspection done by The wrench, a Registered mechanic service (See service report attached) on My Ford FUpon that inspection My car salesman [redacted] was present at the time as well as the mechanicThe transmission that was the original cause of this whole case was still not fixed, as well as of the Cylinders was of no use.( see service report for codes and Details)I then spoke with the owner who was not present at the time of the inspection and he insisted that The truck was in perfect condition and that my mechanic had no credibility Towards the condition of my vehicleI told the owner that I would not put any more money towards the Down payment of the vehicle, and that I be refunded due to the truck being a lemonHis response was that the truck was not a lemon and that if I didn't want to pay for the truck then fineSince then I have not spoken with fair exchange auto salesI am now receiving Certified mail possibly stating a "repo", as I have never went to the post office to sign for itCopies have also been attached as wellDue to the fact that I gave fair exchange auto sells $towards a $down payment on a Ford Fthat Resulted as a Lemon vehicle! I was never refunded my money and I did not have the vehicle in my possession for more than hours/business day, and a Lean is still being put against my name, through a finance company that I can not locate on a $truck Resulting in $loan after taxes(see Vehicle contract attached)! As a firm resolution under the consumer protection law, lemon law, the breach of the implied warranty, As well as the dealership fraud, a payment of $be made out to [redacted] !
