Customer is upset that her order was delivered to an incorrect address. Customer received their order but had a delay and inconvenience. These were both caused by [redacted] not Tin Ceiling Xpress. We shipped the order on time using the correct ship to...

information. The customer wanted a refund for the shipping charges. We informed them that we unless [redacted] issues the refund we cannot refund the shipping charges. We contacted [redacted] on behalf of the customer to have the shipping charges refunded. ($95.68) [redacted] issued a "inconvenience credit of $9.82 which we have passed on to the customer. We strongly feel that this complaint against us is invalid. We shipped the order in a timely manner and the customer received her good from us. Her issue is with [redacted] and there is nothing further we can do for them at this point. We have advised them the entire time that if [redacted] issues any further credits to us towards this order we would gladly pass them along Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions Thank you [redacted]

Customer was unhappy with the delivery time of order. Customer advised at time of order that Painting can take up to 2 weeks. Order was delayed due to die lots and was going to ship on June 2. Customer wanted to cancel order if materials were not shipped on Friday May 29th. Customer was informed that tiles would not match. Customer insisted we ship anyway which we did. Tiles arrived on June 2nd, Customer not happy that they did not match. Customer received what they asked for but we refunded the requested $135.30 is good faith on 6/17 and consider this matter closed Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  Tin Ceilings has not issued any refund to our credit card for the [redacted] problem. We check our credit card daily online and there has not been a single credit from Tin Ceilings.  Tin Ceilings requested information from me that [redacted] had emailed me concerning the refund.  I provided detailed information on numerous emails but Tin Ceilings refuses to do anything.  They have made one excuse after another and claim that [redacted] does this all the time so there is nothing they can do about it.  They understand that my refund can only come through them but the owner will not credit me and use the information I have provided to submit to [redacted].
