I am rejecting this response because: I will accept the response as soon as the refund reflect in my accountThe business owner allows his employees to LIE to clientsHis employee told me that of his guards carpooled together from Sacramento and were severely injured and unconscious and that he found out about the terrible auto accident from one of the giard’s Family members because both of the guards were still in the hospital unconsciousThen his employee refused to let me speak to the owner and hung up on meI emailed the owner and received emails stating there was no accident, it was all liesWhat kind of scam is being run here? They take peoole’s Money and jeopardize people’s parties being st down by no showing then lying about itIt sounds very fishy to meOnly when I reported it, did I hear they would give me a refundI wouldn’t be surprised if this has happened beforeHad the facility forced me to shut down the party, it would have been a $15,loss to me and this company would be the reason for that lossTotally unacceptable

I am rejecting this response because: I do not see the refund reflected in my account as of yet and the response I received from the owner is completely different than what they told me yesterdayYesterday I was told that BOTH security guards were carpooling from Sacramento and they were in a major injury accident leaving them both unconscious and unable to contact anyoneHe stated that it was only yesterday that he received a phone call from one of the injured guard’s family members notifying him of what happenedThis is a completely different story than what I am now being toldThis company lies to customers/clients that have already prepaid services and cannot be trustedIt has been lie after lie with the manager and then a slap in the face when he was so rude and refusing to let me speak with the owner then HUNG up on me

I was unavailable yesterday because I was home with the fluI did reply to the customer from home yesterday letting her know I was out sick, that I would find out exactly what happened and refund her $as soon as I got to the office this morningI emailed her again this morning once I found out what had happened on SaturdayI also let her know that I refunded her credit card $I informed her that it would probably take a couple of days for the credit to show up on her endI have attached a copy of the credit receipt that was processed this morning for verificationThank you

issues. Typically if we have a no-show someone from the facility calls our on-call Supervisor to notify us. For whatever reason we did not receive a call and as a result didn't realize until the following Monday that our customer was left without security. We understand this put our customer in a tough situation and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused her. Her credit card has been refunded the full $200 that was initially charged. We have been in business for 11 years and have a good track record. It's unfortunate this client didn't receive the service we typically provide.
