There was a small direct deposit coming into the account at the beginning of the month and the loan payment was an auto transfer from the savings with a due date of the 15th of each month. Many months the funds were withdrawn prior to the transfer date and there were not sufficient funds to make the Scheduled monthly payment. Due to lack of communication fróm our member to make arrangements or contact the office to discuss her situation, a hold for $98.00 was placed on the account to ensure the payment was transferred. The account was brought current at the beginning of April 2015 but the hold was still in place to ensure payment for the following payment. The account was not scheduled for review until the first part of May. Unbeknownst to us, the member became gainfully employed and started a direct deposit to her account as well as actively using the account while the hold was still in effect.
