Review: The problem I am reporting to the Revdex.com is a breach of contractual agreement between my husband and myself against Tina Messina Productions LLC. My husband and I hired Tina [redacted] as our videography for our wedding back in November 29, 2014. We have paid for her videography services to capture our big day. We paid for her services as well as paid for a external hard drive to capture our big day. As written in her contract, the final product will be done within 3-12 weeks of our wedding date. Two months after our wedding, we emailed her to follow up on the progress of the video, she didn't respond to our email. We tried various times to via e-mail, phone call, and text and to no avail she was unresponsive. Six months have passed by since our wedding date, and we requested proof of completion and approved product of our wedding video and still no word from Tina [redacted]. My husband sent another e-mail saying if she doesn't respond we would have to take action. She responds immediately, in her defense she said she have tried contacting my husband and I and we didn't get back to her. We showed her emails, voicemails, we sent to her and she said was being unresponsive. She emailed us back saying she agreed to meet us the following evening at Milk & Honey in Costa Mesa (the same place we met her the very first time) to give us our finished product. The next day we showed up at Milk & Honey at the time she said would be there. We waited for her for 30 minutes and she never showed up. We emailed her back saying we were there waiting for her for 30 minutes and she never responded since. We tried calling her, emailing her back, and replied back.Desired Settlement: The outcome we would love to have is to have her give us a full refund for her product and services along with emotional distress we had to deal with. We would want to report this to the Revdex.com because we want others to be aware about her fraudulent business practices, and to let others know about this shady business, so they won't have to deal with same stress that we've been thru.

Review: Tina Caswell of Tna Messina Productions is a videographer that specializes in weddings. She never fulfilled her contract obligation and failed to provide the paid-for final product (precious wedding memories). We have since found at least 4 other families in which she also breached contract and failed to provide video footage of their special events.Desired Settlement: We hope that she is never able to deprive families of their precious memories ever again. We have successfully sued her in small claims court, but have yet to get any of our money. We would like justice for everyone affected. I would like to seek criminal charges and also get as much of the raw footage that remains for everyone who never received it.

Review: Hired T[redacted] as our wedding Videographer, product was never delivered. Made many attempts to contact her, through calls, emails, text messages and even tried to meet, but she just disappeared.Desired Settlement: I just want my memories back.
