Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.this person named [redacted] is lying-I attempted to make small talk with her and she wouldn't talk at all to me-she said very hatefully that I hadn't been in for a year and now i'wanted her to talk to me? she was very rude and I am not satisfied with her lies.I plan to contact [redacted] *** and [redacted] re: how rude this person.also, where is this waxing room she speaks eyebrow wax was performed in the middle of the area where other clients were getting manicures and pedicures the person u spoke with at Tina nails is lyingShe was rude to me, and as I said before, there is no waxing room that she speaks ofI attempted to make conversationwith her re: the weather, her sisters with whom she at one time owned this business, and she wouldn't answer me so I ask her why is she so angry to which she yelledat me in the middle of the area where other people are getting their manicures/pedicures "you don't come in here for a year and you want me to answer you?" and asfar as the money, yes I went to a bank and got the dollars because she wouldn't accept my check or debit card for less than dollars-its their way of getting a dollar tip for a dollar procedureI wasn't going to tip her after she treated me so horribly my mother has been a client there for yeamother is I am afraidfor her to go there nowI have told her and hopefully she will stay away-I believe these girls would act revenge on my mom with less than standard service-they know she is my mmom drives herself with my brother there-I hope they stay away-I would like to know what is really behind this bad customer service towards memy mom and I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the last yearsthe angry outburst was uncalled for and a real shockI should have left when I walked in and wasn't spoken to Regards, [redacted]

I have told her and hopefully she will stay away-I believe these girls would act revenge on my mom with less than standard service-they know she is my mom-my mom drives herself with my brother there-I hope they stay away-I would like to know what is really behind this bad customer service towards me. my mom and I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the last 7 years. the angry outburst was uncalled for and a real shock. I should have left when I walked in and wasn't spoken to.

Review: TINA NAILS HAS BEEN IN POWHATAN FOR MANY YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE ON AND OFF SINCE THEY OPENED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL ARE GETTING WORSE EACH TIME I GO. TODAY, JUNE 4, 2014, I WENT IN TO THE SALON FOR AN EYEBROW WAXING. ONE OF THE WOMEN WORKING THERE SAID "CAN I HELP YOU?", TO WHICH I RESPONDED, "DO YOU HAVE TIME FOR AN EYEBROW WAX?"-AND SHE YELLED "DO YOU HAVE TIME TO WAIT?" I SAID "YES AND GOOD MORNING"-SHEOR NONE OF THE OTHER 2 WORKERS RESPONDED-FINALLY, SHE SAID "COME ON FORYOUR WAXING"-WHILE IN THE CHAIR I ATTEMPTED TO MAKE SMALLTALK, ABOUT THEWEATHER, HER FAMILY, AND SHE WOULD NOT ANSWER ME. FINALLY I SAID "WHY AREYOU NOT ANSWERING ME AND SHE SAID "YOU DON'T COME IN FOR A YEAR AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO TALK TO YOU! I WILL NOT! I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON!" IT WAS NOON. PLEASE ADVISE THIS PLACE THAT IN ORDER TO KEEP CUSTOMERS, TREAT THEM NICE SO WE WILL TELL OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO USE THEIR SALON, INSTEAD OF US TELLING EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY.TECHNOLOGY TODAY MEANS CUSTOMERS CAN PUT THIS ON ANGIES LIST, FACEBOOK, EVERYWHERE.AND I WILL.Desired Settlement: A WRITTEN APOLOGY.

Review: I went to Tina nails to get my eyebrows done. I was ask to sit in the chair by [redacted]. He proceeded to do my eyebrows and notice a couple of times while getting my eyebrows done he was using a eyebrow pencil. I have been getting my eyebrows done for over 10 years and no one I went to ever used a eyebrow pencil while doing my eyebrows. I paid it no attention. Once I got home that nite I took a shower and washed my face when I got out the shower and looked in the mirror all my eyebrows where cut off. Thats why he tried to use the eyebrow pencil to cover it. The next day I went to ask him why did he not tell me he waxed all my eyebrows off and that I want a refund. He lied kept saying he calling the manager no one ever came he told me they dont have money in the salon to give me and had a random person call me when I left ACTING LIKE THE MANAGER. I still been trying to get my money back because that is no type of business or fair to me that he did not tell me he messed up on my eyebrows or not trying to give me my money back.Desired Settlement: I would also like a apologie and if I could speak with the owner of the shop.
