On 07/10/Tina's Cleaning Service performed a cleaning service at the home of *** *** *** Lake, Inat the request of *** *** *** *** girlfriend
There were two ladies there cleaning for a total of cleaning hoursI did
notify Angie and explained to her that the ladies did as best as they could with the time they had, and the home did require a significant amount of attention and it may require additional timeAlso told Angie that if she would like she could schedule for additional cleaning if she felt she would like more to be done
I submitted the invoice to *** in person on July 14, she did say that *** was not pleased with cleaningI explained to *** that there was a lot to be done in the home and that the home was not upkept very well and it did take time to clean what the ladies did such as cleaning of inside outside of appliances, inside outside of all cabinets and closets, inside windows, cleaning floors, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, ect
July 31, *** *** called was rude, loud, and upset said very unsatisfied with the cleaning*** was yelling over the phone so I handed my husband the phone to try to speak with him
*** forwarded me some pictures that evening
I responded back the following morning by text and apologized for whatever cleaning was missed or not cleaned properlyI explained to him he would have notified me and sent the pictures sooner I would have had someone there the next day to correct the problemI did offer to have someone go there Thursday August 3rd to clean whatever was missed at no charge
***s reply was if I could just let him know what I thought a fair price for what had been done so farMy reply was I thought a fair price would be $that would be $off the total bill
Payment was received on 09/02/
