I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Barbara Tinder lied I did not enter the storage unit in December 2013.It was June to get some summer clothes This is her first lie.I never received any type of correspondence from her telling me the totalsNever.She made those letter upShe never sent those to me.She is lying to protect herself.She never sent me a certified letter prior to the sale nor did she do what the law requires To put a notice in the newspaper I did not harass her I only wanted to know who she sold my things to, because I wanted to see if I could find them.My son had several savings bonds And they have matured now And my brother had a gun in there.That's why I was trying to find who has my things.I will hire a private attorney I will see her in court.She lied.*** ***

Enclosed you will find copies of all documents relating to the above complaint and an explanation of what happened.  Last payment of $40.0 was received 6/19/2013.  After a phone call request from [redacted], she was allowed in her unit to get kids clothing and Christmas decorations in...

December of 2013.No additional payments, change of address or correspondence of any kind was received until July 2015.Letters were sent to [redacted] advising of responsibilities of contract on 1/8/2013, 4/4/2013, 5/24/2013, 7/19/3013, 8/8/2013, 2/1/2014 and 4/17/2014.The storage unit contents were sold to an independent contractor for non payments September 2014.After beginning to receive correspondence from [redacted] in July 2015, my attorney advised us to discuss settling this dispute without going to court to avoid court costs.At least 5 or 6 harassing phone calls were received (all after business hours) with no return phone number available.  All the phone call were recorded and available if necessary.And after mentioning twice in letters received from [redacted] of seeing me at Walmart and/or Marsh grocery store and contemplating confronting me, I have contacted the Kokomo Police Department about harassments; Lt. [redacted] complaint #[redacted] phone number [redacted]. Case is pending.An agreement was reached in letter received 10/21/2015 and by phone message of $500.00 to settle this.  Payment was received by [redacted] 11/5/2015.And the correspondence all begins again by letter received 2/12/16 and continues on a regular basis.Any help you can provide in this matter is greatly appreciated!!!Tinder Storage
