I am rejecting this response because: I asked management to reveal the waiting list, and they told me that they will reveal waiting list after I submit my applicationBut they never revealed any waiting list even after I submitted my application fees and paid $application feesNot only that, but I applied for about 4-properties and also instructed them to put my name for all 2-bedroom apartment or housesBut I never received any call for any of those propertyEven I visited their office after submitting my application so that I can know the status of waiting list for all those properties but they never revealed the waiting listSeems like they are making a fake list just to get paid for application fees.This is not matter of $This is matter for your bad business practicesYou should be more transparent to customers There is no harm revealing wait list of properties Do not ask customer to submit application fees if there are already many candidates in waiting listThere should be some number set after which you should stop taking applicationsDo not waste your time and customers time and keep collecting application fees.I understand that application fees is non-refundable but you are forgetting that you agreed to reveal the waiting list and show me properties after I pay application feesYou did not do either of that, and so did not honored the terms of application fees so you have no right to keep my application fees Again, I ask you to refund application fees and I will not hesitate to take this matter for legal processing.Thank you, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern: *** *** submitted a rental application on 06/09/for the property located at *** Little ***, MercedWe tried to explain to him what happened and apologize for the misunderstanding but he did not read the application coversheetWe have signs in our office
stating application fee is not refundable, notes on our website and also on our property marketing stating that there was a waiting list of people ahead of himIn addition, we have a note on the first page of the online rental application that application fees are not refundable because credit will be pulledPlease review the attached documents showing that his credit was pulled on 06/09/at 2:p.msame day application was submitted. I have enclosed property marketing details showing it was wait listed, first page of online rental application showing is wait listed and application fees are non-refundable, and proof that his credit was pulledHis application was processed but he was upset because another prospective tenant got this property and not himHe was aware that there was a waiting list as stated on couple places on our website and that applications are not refundable because credit is pulled. Not only that, but I applied for about 4-6 properties and also instructed them to put my name for all 2-4 bedroom apartment or houses. But I never received any call for any of those property. Even I visited their office after submitting my application so that I can know the status of waiting list for all those properties but they never revealed the waiting list. Seems like they are making a fake list just to get paid for application fees.This is not matter of $25. This is matter for your bad business practices.
