Ordered facemasks for my protection during pandemic on 4/8 for $21.02. On 4/10 recieved notice that product has shipped out.When I contact this supposedly usa based company about my issue this is the response I got from them on 4/14.

"Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the world, a large number of flights were canceled and the customs conducted a strict inspection of export products, resulting in the extension of processing time. So the logistics tracking information has not been updated.

Once the package leaves our customs, it will soon arrive in the United States.

I understand you want to receive the product as soon as possible, please wait patiently. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding."

I believe they are pretending to be a usa company based off this, while taking peoples money out of some foreign country and never shipping the product.

I would also like to point out I tried to put the USPS tracking number in this system for you, and your system tells me it can't have a social security number in there. So I have had to remove the 30 digit tracking number from this post.

Refund I don't believe they have actually shipped this product. They are just taking peoples money and running with it during this global crisis.

We have already shipped out the goods and can provide delivery certificate from logistics carrier to consumers if necessary. As we replied in the email, the delivery time of the order was delayed due to covid-19. As for the delivery time, we have explained on the order creation page that there will be a delay during the epidemic, and we have informed the consumers to accept the delay.

Firstly that shipping manifest says a samsung phone case, not my masks. Secondly no where on the website that I ordered from did it say anything about a delay when I ordered, it also doesn't say anything about a delay now. The provided "information" doesn't add up. I have also saved this to my local computer so that even if they change it later I have proof of the websites current status.

The Samsung phone case is filled in to speed up customs clearance.
Looking at the picture, we did not say that the shipment will be delayed on https://www.tinkleo.com/goods/masks/11225.html, but we have written on the order creation page and it is displayed in red font when you place an order You can't't miss it. It's pretty obvious.

I still say that this was not on the website when I made my purchase. This is a change you must have made after that. If the product is not here by end of week I will go through my credit card company and have them take my money back.
