I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business has returned the paid amount, although I have not had time to travel to have the part replaced on my bike, I do hope the part does in fact fit, if it does not, how do I get the company to replace with proper part????
