I ordered a book from Testeachers to assist me with passing a life and annuities insurance license The shipping company [redacted] delivered it to the wrong address [redacted] admitted to the wrong delivery and stated they would issue a refund to the company for the product that was delivered incorrectly The total course that I ordered was designed to allow the test taker to be ready to pass the exam in a week so I scheduled my exam before the delivery of the book I managed to pass the exam without the aid of the book I ordered There for I no longer need that book I asked for a refund for the book and the shipping cost because that is what [redacted] would offer to resolve this issue However Testeachers will not refund the money and will only send me out another book stating that I took too much time in trying to resolve this
After purchasing an account on 1/3/with testeachers, I returned to their website to continue my coursework only to find out that the site had been movedAfter following the appropriate links, I was unable to find a log in site; thereby effectively making it impossible to continue with my Series LicensingAll available links redirected me to [redacted] -which promptly redirects to h [redacted] - which cycles to [redacted] The final website does not contain a log in dialogue except for near to the bottomThe log in dialogue at the bottom redirects to [redacted] (which starts the cycle again) I am very frustrated that my experience was interrupted like this and that the agency did not use proper foresight to avoid such a basic errorWhat a sham

We received product which didn't even work , they claim for it's not the product issues its our computers however , we had an IT -check the product advice us this contained a virus , we informed the company hoping find solution never got a call back when they advice manager would call then when they decided to give us a refund it was 5$- for a 42$ purchase claiming that shipping and handling was deducted out of the refund so I kept on calling the company and advice I would report them when they finally processed the refund for no where near the amount of the product purchased this was a HUGE mistake and services is a scam this company knows there product has a virus and is willing to sell it at no refund please be aware
