I went to TinPusher to purchase a vehicle about weeks ago, At first they told me that everything was good and that I would be able to get the car the next daySo proceeded to pay the down payment of $Came back the next day and they said they found a bank to finance my car, so we started discussing the monthly paymentsAfter the conversation, I asked would I able be able to take the car home and Mr[redacted] informed me that there was a part coming in for the car so it would be another dayThe next day came, no partSo I kept calling to check on the car, nothing changedA week went by and there was still no update on the car or the partSo I asked Mr[redacted] could I just get my money backHe replied "We usually dont keep cash in the office so I would have to put in a check request, and it will be here Friday." Friday came I called and asked if the check was there he said yes and I said okayDo to work and the conflict of their business hours, I wasn't able to get the check

We have tried every thing to resolve this matterwe would only repeat what we have already statedMs *** decided for what ever reason not to use the mechanic we had scheduled for the service nor inform us that she would have preferred to take it to$of the $she claims to have spent went towards her first car payment and not maintenancewhen contacted by her and given the balance of her tag Ms *** objected and then told us about the sunroof not workingWe stated to her that we would talk to her about it when she came inshe was unreasonable, angry and did not come in to speak about the matterInstead her boyfriend called to inform us that she would be returning the car and that we better return his money or elsebased on his statement we contacted the local police and let it be knownI was not present when Ms *** actually dropped off the car but she did not ask for a tag nor a resolution to any problem she wanted to addressShe told *** Farris for me not to call her or contact her unless I had her downpayment moneyshe did not ask for her tag nor tell us to look at the sunroof which was operating properlyAs far as her bank is concerned that she said was upset as us has gone unfoundedWe are an A rated dealer with this bank and this can be verified aling with the date and time of her first payment by call mt rep *** *** at ###-###-#### Ext 376 or *** *** at EXT 155.It was the customers decision not to honor her commitment to the bank in regards to the carOur GREAT relationship with said bank may have allowed us to fix it but we understand that not all problems can be resolved.We are the same company and friend that helped Ms *** sell her previous car when asked and the same company and friend who would allow her to borrow a car when she needed on on occation to take her daughter wherever she needed when asked and avialable to do soWe see her practically everyday driving a car bought from this company by her boyfriend and can assure you we would have done what we put in writing on the WE OWE we forwarded earlier had we gotten the opportunity to complete the WE OWE work orderAgain we did not get that opportunityShe decided to not pay us the $that was due and not come see me to talk about the balcance on the tag when I called her to come pick it up.She has blasted us on social media, tag other customers and went out of her way to slander our name on something she created on her ownIf you follow the facts you will see that we tried to satisfy our commitments to Ms*** with little to no help or cooperation from her at allTINPUSHER LLC

This is in reponse to the complaint filed by *** *** on her vehicle purchase on March 16th, Ms *** purchased the Chrysler from our dealershipHer boyfriend had stated that he would help
her get a car once he finished with his purchaseShe brought in down but needed total down paymentAS she stated I had considered her and her boyfriend friends but tried to stay out of thier personal problems between themShe stated she would bring in the balance once she got it from himThey were not together at the time of purchase so I just told her okay bring it in latterAttached is the WE OWE that we put into every deal and in the we owe we stated that we would replace the throttle body and give them an oil changeThe vehicle had already been inspected but was waiting on the parts to come in so that it could be completedMs *** was not able to bring the car in at the appropriate time and thus we had to reschedule the appointmentShe came by our office and picked up the parts for the car but did not drop off the additional for the downpayment,She stated that her boyfriend would laterMs *** never took the vehicle to shop for the appointmentOnce I contacted her about the balance of the down payment she stated that her boyfriend wasn't going to pay it because he had to get the car fix and that it wasn't the throttle bodyHowever they didn't take it to the shop that I had it scheduledI asked her to please bring the parts so that I could return themShe did but I was unable to return the partsShe later called about the tag in which I informed her that the tag was $more than her tag creditShe objected and I told her We would talk about it when she got here to pick up the tagAs a acquantaince of hers and her boyfriend,knowing they were separated at the time and had been going through alot I knew that I would not recoup my losses so I didnt' think anything of it when she called for the tag and I told her that I would talk to her when she got hereThat is when she stated that the sunroof was not workingShe cursed me out about the and the next phone call I got was from her boyfriend telling me that they wanted their money back and if I didnt give to him he would F me up once he got off probationI took the threat seriously enough to contact the authorities because He was on probation for a violent actI did not want him to get into trouble though because during his arrest and job loss I had helped him finacially and otherwise to get through his hardships as much as I could as a friend so I had already chalked up the loss to include the she came by and dropped off the vehicle with insults although I wasn't thereMy WE OWE clearly states that we were going to do what we put in writingWe just never got the opportunity nor did the mechanic we paid to diagnos the problem got a chance to complete the workTINPUSHER LLC

I bought a Chyrsler on the 16th of March that needed a throttle body, but was assured it was a small issue and the car was in great conditionThe dealership bought me the wrong part, so I then took the car to my mechanic, as I didn't feel they were knowledgeable when ordering the part, how can I put trust in the mechanic you send me to, whom I've never heard of (my husband is a tow truck driver in town and we know and have relationships with a lot of the mechanics in our County)Not only did it need a throttle body, but also needed new spark plugs and coils, an oil changeNot a problemHowever, some of the coils had ELECTRICAL tape around them, which I dropped off to the dealership along with the original part and receipt for said part along with receipt from my mechanic for verification
A week and a half later, my shifter goes out$and another days in the shop, I got the car backI informed the dealership of this as well
Then last Friday, April 15th, the seal
