Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have copies of a text sent to Mr [redacted] on June and responded by him that confirmed that he was going to email me the invoice to myself and my insurance company I included my email address at that time I further have a copy of a text sent to him on June asking him to please send me an email, including my email address again, to submit the invoice to myself and my insurance company No action was taken If it takes contacting Revdex.com to get a response, and the invoice with payment in full (which did occur) then more power to the Revdex.com, which is an advocate for consumers Regards, [redacted]

ATTACHED ARE THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT, INSURANCE CLAIM SUMMARY, AND AN EMAIL FROM *** AGREEING THAT THE CONTRACT PRICE IS 17,999.92ON 8/MS***-DELK'S INSURANCE COMPANY PAID TO REPAIR HAIL DAMAGE ON HER HOME *** ROOFING VISITED THE HOME ON OR ABOUT LATE 8/AND DISCUSSED THE
CLAIM AT LENGTH WITH HER WE HELPED HER FILE A SMALL SUPPLEMENT FOR THE GUTTERS, WHICH SHE WAS GRATEFUL FOR ON 4/21/2015, MONTHS LATER MS.*** HAD *** ROOFING BACK TO HER HOME, AND WE DISCUSSED THE CLAIM AT LENGTH AND AGREED TO DO THE PROJECT AS PER ADJUSTERS REPORT, (SEE ATTACHMENT) THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON 07/19/MS *** WAS VERY HAPPY, AND HAD COMPLIMENTS FROM NEIGHBORS ON 7/22/I CALLED MS*** TO REQUEST PAYMENT OF HER "OUT OF POCKET," PORTION OF THE CLAIM WHICH IS HER DEDUCTIBLE AT THAT POINT SHE BELIEVED I WAS ASKING FOR MONEY OVER AND ABOVE THE CONTRACTED AMOUNT I ASSURED HER THAT THE WAS NOT "ADDITIONAL MONEY," TO WHICH I CLEARED UP IN AN EMAIL (SEE RESPONSE FROM HER IN ATTACHED EMAIL) WHICH SHE STATED THAT SHE ONLY OWES 17, AT THIS POINT I ADVISED HER TO CALL USAA, THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A FULL EXPLANATION OF HOW A CLAIM WORKSMS*** IS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AS A THERAPIST WITH HER OWN PRIVATE PRACTICE...DEDUCTIBLES AND COPAYS SHOULD BE VERY FAMILIAR TO HER *** ROOFING WENT OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY ON THS JOB SINCE WE HAVE KNOW MS*** FOR YEARS WE PERFORMED MANY EXTRAS ON HER PROJECT THAT COST US $LABOR AND MATERIALS BECAUSE SHE IS AN OLD FRIENDEXTRAS INCLUDED SQ FT OF STORMGAURD UNDERLAYMENT, $750.00, SQFT OF UPGRADED LIFETIME SHINGLES ON OUT BUILDINGS, $60.00, INSTALLED SHINGLES BY HAND ON SQ FT OF OPEN SOFFIT, $375.00, UPGRADED TO LEAD PIPE JACKS, $50.00, REPLACED ROTTED DECKING, $ WE DID THIS PROJECT WITH EXTREME PRIDE AND IT SHOWS WE DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PROJECT TILL THIS Revdex.com COMPLAINT IN OUR LAST COMMUNICATION WITH MS*** IT WAS A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT THE "ADDITIONAL MONEY." AGAIN THE CONTRACT PRICE HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE WE SIGNED ON 04/21/ THE WORK PERFORMED BY AN OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUPPLEMENTED BEFORE THE WORK BEGAN, WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY I WILL BE GLAD TO HELP MS *** SUPPLEMENT HER INSURANCE COMPANY TO RECOVER THE COSTUSAA HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SUCH SUPPLEMENTS IF DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE AGAIN I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM BUT I CAN HELP WE WERE TOLD TO REMOVE THE SATELLITE DISHESWE HAVE A METAL SCRAP PILE AT OUR SHOPTHE DISHES ARE SITTING IN THAT PILE WE CAN RETURN THOSE IMMEDIATELY MS*** OWES *** ROOFING $6, WE ARE ASKING HER TO SEND THAT PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY

IN the last seven years we have seen two driveways that have cracked under the weight of the delivery truck. Our supplier, *** ***, delivers 60-roofs every day, and they see driveways break more often than they would like. *** is a great company and remedies broken
driveways. We have communicated to our customer that she needs to contact *** *** to have the driveway fixed. Again, *** *** will fix the drive way please contact them at *** their address is *** *** *** *** *** ** *** As to all of the other attacks on character and other things mentioned that do not deal with the drive way, its understandable to be upset and we simply forgive those small unwarranted and unfounded Jabs, but we understand why our customer would feel that way. We would be glad to help facilitate open communication between our customer and our supplier

[redacted] is a great company. They would certainly not attempt to do the concrete work.  Please call [redacted] they are aware of your very valid concern. I'm sure that if you start a dialogue with [redacted] they would probably allow you to pick a contractor for the repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have copies of a text sent to Mr. [redacted] on June 9 and responded by him that  confirmed that he was going to email me the invoice to myself and my insurance company.  I included my email address at that time.  I further have a copy of a text sent to him on June 15 asking him to please send me an email, including my email address again, to submit the invoice to myself and my insurance company.  No action was taken.  If it takes contacting Revdex.com to get a response, and the invoice with payment in full (which did occur) then more power to the Revdex.com, which is an advocate for consumers.

Attached is the final invoice for your records.  A simple email would have yielded the results the customer desired.   A Revdex.com complaint to ask for a copy of an invoice is before requesting it by email or another means is a bit much. I believe this satisfies all you are...
