Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I originally took my vehicle to dent crafters to have small hail damage repaired.There was a small scratch that was also paid for thru the insurance company.The owner "***"stated he would repair the scratch.He never stated that this would be at my expense.He had a problem with being confronted and be held accountable when not being forthright about his work and what he originally stated about the work he would do.I do not and will not ever use this business nor would I ever recommend it.I have since traded in the vehicle so no longer interested in pursuing this any further.I have documentation where the owner of this business stated he would fix the scratch,but none the less states he never stated this.Its very sad That a person will violate their integrity and credibility for a few dollars

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when I called and told him that we didn't want him to drive the vehicle he got an attitudeI called him back later to get the address of his paint guy I asked him about the mirror when he became angry and stated that he wasn't going to fix anything He never stated that she had to pay anything except what the insurance paid until he botched the paint job When I saw his sign I called him and he stated that he would take care of the deductible so I had my wife call and it was disaster from there regards, [redacted] ***

I have tried to deal with this customer to make them happy and they are just not going to be happy
everything I do is not good enough so why would I lose money to sill have an unhappy customer
If they want the scratch painted they can pay for it or pay the $deductible They all ready
contacted the Insurance company and complained and after I told them they didn't pay the $
ded nothing else was said I am done with this customer and at this point there is nothing I'm willing
to do so, consider this matter closed . Do not contact me regarding this matter againI have been in
this business since and have only had one other customer like these people and I consider my self
to be a customer service specialist The customer has every right to do what ever legal act they would
like and best of luck They have no right to cause me this much drama just because she has selective
hearing

My name is *** *** owner of Tint and Dent CraftersThe customer in question came in to
have hail damage on her car repaired The insurance bid the
job at around $1000.00 She had a
$500.00 deductible I told her I would use the money the paid her to fix a scratch to cover her $
Ded I would however buy the touch up paint from the dealer and touch up the scratch and if that
didn't suit her I had a company that would do it professionally for around $to $150. She picked
the car up before the touch up paint had come in from the dealer so I noted that I would still fix the
scratch at a later date She came back in I touched up the scratch and she call right away to tell me
she hated it even had her husband call She then had no recollection of the conversation about her
paying for it to be professionally painted After a short time passed and her complaining I did agree
to fix the scratch at my expense just to try to make her happy The day before it was to be taken care
of her husband called again and said he didn't want me driving his car to the paint shop I said no problem
he could drop it off and pick it up Then he said we also noticed our passenger side sun visor mirror had
also be broken That's when I told him I was done I didn't break anything on the car and I was only
fixing the scratch to try to make them happy Since they were just not going to be happy why should
I be out $for nothing they could just be unhappy That what happens when I try to be nice and
then people just want to take advantage of it

I have done millions of dollars worth of Hail damage claims and have never had a complaint she called
the insurance company complaining I told them she didn't pay her ded of $that why the work
was not completed if she wants to pay me $I will fix the car That's is my final position if you want
something for free you might try to be a little nicer
