Tint Condition Reviews (3)

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Firstly, what needs to be clear is this: I never once stated that I didnt want to pay any amount of money for a particular serviceWhen I first called, booked the appointment I was quoted $for a full buff which is what I signed up to have doneUpon bringing the truck to tint condition, the detailer looked at the vehicle and talked me into the less expensive service, as he was confident they could remove the scratches without going through with the more expensive packageThis is tint conditions error, not mineI was fully prepared to pay full price, any reasonable price for that matter as long as the scratches were removedThe scratches are still not removed and in fact certain areas look worseIt really boils down to the fact that they told me they could do something, for a quoted price and were unable to deliver on thatWhy is it my problem that they were unable to achieve what they said they would? Or how many hours they had into it? Or how small of a business it is? I was still sold on something that was not achievedPeriod, theres no hiding this fact.Secondly, the truck was brought in initially on 9/and the second time on 10/17, not 10/The only reason this amount of time had passed, was ? simply because the business declined to get ahold of until that timeThis is all saved under the email correspondence sent directly between tint condition and IAs far as not being open at dark, im pretty sure everyone can agree that towards that time in fall (9/25) the days start getting shorter and dusk can start setting in towards the end of business dayIm not claiming it to have been pitch dark, simply claiming that the sun was beginning to set and no longer directly shining down on the truck making the scratches completely visibleWithin a few days I expressed my concerns, yet again this is all saved via email.? Thirdly, ? the owner declined to offer me any type of monetary returnHe was very rude, treated me like garbage not a customer and for this fact there's no meeting in the middleI paid for something that was not delivered by tint condition, yet again its not my problem they were unable to achieve what they said so why is it my responsibility to pay for anything, just because they are a small business? They can charge people for things they do not do? I highly doubt thats how this all works hereAlso, the second time I picked the truck upAll they had done was "buff" one quarter panel which made that section way worse than before and wash the truckSince then, ive received a professional quote for a local body shot to have the truck completely buffed professionally as they did nothing for me.? Regards, [redacted]
