Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI disagree with [redacted] I believe one of his workers accidentally broke the vent with a tool that got caught in the vent and it went unreported by that workerAny honest business would have told the customer if they saw a damaged item prior to working on the car if that was the case, we take care of that car very well to let that go unnoticed and its ironic that they only tinted the front window and that is where the damage is and not to mention the sloppy workmanship they did where all they had was excuses that they couldn't do the visor straightI will never recommend this business they are also dishonest in the fact they told me not to purchase the Groupon so they wouldn't have to pay Groupon their commission Regards, [redacted]

Hello, This is [redacted] from Tint Crew in Buena ParkRecently we received a complaint from one customer saying that we have damaged his car interior part (air vent) I have looked at it, and it was very easy to tell it was not caused by one of our workers hereThere is no reason for us to lean against or put any pressure on dash board or anywhere near air vent It is unfortunate that timing that the customer found the damage is close to our installationHowever, he checked inside and outside of his car after his vehicle got tinting serviceIt would been very easy to find the damage if it was actually caused by one of ours since we tinted his front windshield and the cracked air vent is right in front of usI remember the customer and I had a long conversation after installation in front of his car because he did not like one of the tinting didn’t come out how he imaginedSince he checked his car after our service and signed for his work, and it took a whole week for him to get back to me and saying the damage was from us, I am sure that the damage is from us We will not use our insurance to repair the damage since it is not from us Thank you

Review: We got two car's windows tinted there but on the second car tinted came out with a broken part right by the area they were working on. When we noticed it we called and talked to [redacted] who told us to come by after looking at it he denied any of them damaging the car but he said he would look into the part and mentioned they could install it at their shop. I told him why don't I you just submit a claim through your insurance he said he'd look into it well during a weeks period I called three times which [redacted] told he was still working on it because he was so busy and it really just seemed he didn't care about the issue so I told him I would pursue my issue via other means. I am just looking to get my car the way it was before.Desired Settlement: Replacement of broken vehicle part.
