Tint Detail & Audio Express

Initial tint job was good for maybe 2 months before it started to peel. Called the company and submitted a warranty claim as instructed. They advertise a lifetime warranty by the way. Anyway I submitted the warranty claim and no one called me. I called them and scheduled a time for them to come out and redo the tint. These guys NEVER showed up. No call. No text. No email. Nothing. I rescheduled with these folks 4 times and all four times they never showed up and never notified me. As soon as you mention warranty I suspect you’ll get the same experience. Would not recommend these folks inless you want to pay a lot of money for temporary tint.

First they were not timely in arrivingSecond they only did half the job claiming out of materialStill question if what they did was what I paid forThen they scheduled a date and time to finish the jobThey did not arrive and when I called they promised the owner himself would come and finish the jobOn the date agreed I called to check when no one arrived and was told someone, not the owner, would be there sometime but not when agreed

Poor overall quality of a company and very unprofessional Rescheduled on me multiple times Showed up and did a rush job on my vehicle causing a poor tint job and damaging my vehicle Unresponsive when trying to contact them about the warranty to correct the problem and the damage Be warned, USE SOMEBODY ELSE!!!
