I am rejecting this response because: I called the business multiple times in regards to the damage and was told every time I called that a manager would get back to meAfter multiple attempts at calling Tint Doctor and waiting for them to call back and correct their actions and receiving not one call back I went to talk to someone in person This is when Tint Doctor pretended to access the damage Never once did I say that the damage was sever, only that a gash was made under the rear driver side windowI would like them to not give me my car back in pitch black and expect me to see damage in the dark As soon as I saw the damage I called and was put through the ringer by Tint Doctor A mistake was made by Tint Doctor, they tried covering it up by having me pick up the vehicle after hours, in the car, and not owning up to their mistake

You purchased your vehicle on February 24, The warrant we give is a 30-Day or 1,miles, 50/50, which means customer pays 50% and Tint Doctor pays 50%Vehicle was out of warranty on March 24,The title for the wrecked Altima is ready to be picked up

I will like to send you my contractAlso it was inhouse financing were I have the contractI also had another person with mePlus I don't understand if that was the case I wouldn't have contract cancellation option for used motor vehicle puruchser onlyPlus the law states it have to be written day notice that the creditors didn't except you and the car company wants the vehicle back.Pluse I went and got police station to get the document of the call it was on the 16th of March when the Tint Doctor took my vehicle illegallypluse every one know when you cash a check it takes to businesses day to reach your bankSo please don't say liesIf you don't return my vehicle in day I will be taking The Tint Doctor Inc to small claims court

Why would anyone at Tint Doctor want to drive this vehicle? This car may have been new to the customer, however is a used 2013 vehicle. When customer arrived at our shop to pick up his vehicle, he got on his knees and looked UNDERNITH not the side but UNDER the car, at which time customer stated, "I am not paying". Customer only wanted a free tint job. The customer was given the opportunity to view the security cameras would see that no one at Tint Doctor took the vehicle off our premises. Customer denied this chance. As customer has been told numerous times no one drove his vehicle off premises and Tint Doctor does not have speed bumps.
