Excellent Customer Service.
I got [redacted] to tint my Camry and Sienna about 1.5 years back. The Camry's driver side film started peeling recently. [redacted] (the owner) said" come on by and bring the Llumar film warranty card with you so I can get reimbursed by Llumar Film manufacture and don't have to eat the cost of the replacement myself".
I showed up for replacement fully expecting to pay for it as I couldn't find the warranty card.
He replaced the film FREE OF COST even without the warranty card. That to me is someone who cares about his business and customers. [redacted] didn't have to nor was he legally obliged do this as I didn't have the warranty card, but he replaced the film anyways for free.
I will definitely be going back to him for my new cars and will definitely recommend Tint Man Computer Cut Window Tinting to anyone.
