had some issues. There were what looked to be bubbles, and the wrap was peeling up in various places. He informed the owner that he was aware of the problems and he was going to take the vehicle back to get it fixed since it was just installed a few weeks ago. After getting the van tinted he said that we were the ones who messed up his brand new "lettering" on his van. We reminded Mr. [redacted] that we had informed him of the issues with the wrap beforehand, and our film is all computer cut, we do not use razor blades on the windows. There is no way anyone could have done the damage to the vehicle he was claiming. We also let Mr. [redacted] know that we do have cameras in our garage that would show what he claimed had not happened. After screaming and calling the employees names we asked him to leave or we would call the police. There is no way to solve this matter with Mr. [redacted], he wants us to pay for his vehicle wrap that he had done and acknowledged it had problems before we touched the vehicle. We will have to resolve this in court.

Regarding the claim with [redacted] Mrs. [redacted] came into our shop, January 20, 2016, to have two lock actuators installed in her vehicle, the total cost with tax was $256.30. Changing the lock actuator does not have anything to do with why...

her air bag light would have come on. Mrs. [redacted] never brought her vehicle back for us to check it; when Mrs. [redacted] did notify us, she had already had the work completed by [redacted].
The receipt Mrs. [redacted] provided did not break down exactly what was completed and the price for each item. It just stated the total amount of $400. I checked with my Accountant and he stated that we needed a receipt with the complete break down of what exactly was done, and the letter that [redacted] wrote did not include enough information.
We did refund Mrs. [redacted] $273.90, which was more that what she paid us to do the work. She would’ve had to pay someone to fix her vehicle, but it seemed like she didn’t want to pay anything out of pocket, but for us to pay her entire bill.
Without the correct paperwork needed, I couldn’t have given her anymore of a refund. I assumed that everything was settled, until I received notice on August 8, 2017
