Detailing Company who detailed my car on May 1, 2013 three days before the tinting of my car on May 4, 2013.

Review: I went to get tints on my brand new 2013 [redacted] AWD 4 door Sport. Prior to taking my car to the tint place my car had no window damage what so ever. After my windows were tinted I noticed marks in what I thought at the time were the tints so I took the car back for them to fix the tints. They told me my windows were scratched, the scratches are deep enough to catch my nail it in. The tint owner told me that [redacted] sold me a car with scratches in the window, and I should take it back to them so that they can buy me brand new windows. Please note that my car was detailed by a professional three days prior to getting these tints and my car had no damages to the windows what so ever. I talked to the owner of Tint Master of Hartford, CT and he denied that they had damaged my windows that [redacted] sold me a car with window scratches. I took my car to back to [redacted] and they as a courtesy to me had their window specialist look at my window. The scratches to the windows according to the window specialist from [redacted] said were created by pressing a sharp object with pressure to the glass. I do not have any pets or children. I am the only driver my car is in excellent condition. I took my car back to the tint place and they refused to take responsibility. The owner wouldn't even refund me my money for the work they performed. I have been trying to work this out with the owner for a year now and I just don't know what else to do. The owner won't even give me his insurance information to put a claim in to fix my car windows.Desired Settlement: I would like for the owner of Tint Master in Hartford, CT to be accountable for the damaged he made to my car. I would like my windows replaced. At this point not even the refund would be substantial to fix the damage made.
