I purchased my Ford Expedition King Ranch on July 1, at McFarland Ford I spoke with a salesman Bruce Sellar for the majority of my business with them The entire purchase was a nightmareFirst they did not do the proper paperwork, they needed documentation from my ins co days after the sale and papers signedThe vehicle was supposed to be cleaned and prepped for pick up on 7/6/Truck was never cleaned, prepped or had the mechanic go through the vehicle prior to taking possession, as told it would all be doneAfter getting the vehicle home(after I had to bring it back miles from the dealership for a screw in my tire from the dealership) the dealership again did not give us the proper paperwork and we had to wait an additional week to get the car registered , insured and inspected

We ended up spending over 30k on the WRONG TRUCK because we were blatantly lied to repeatedly
I asked, over and over again, to be sure that this truck could tow lbs, because that's what we needed it to tow as we were moving across the country

After getting it, I called Ford and entered the Vin and they said NO, it only tows lbs
That's pounds of belongings I couldn't take with us
When I called and emailed trying to get them to fix it, they flat out refusedNever even responded
They got their money out of us, and screwed us over, and don't care one bit
David went as far as to ENCOURAGE US TO BREAK OUR WARRANTY by towing more than is allowedHe even put another CUSTOMER on the phone who talked about how he tows more than is allowed all the timeRepeatedly we were urged to break our warranty, and we weren't going to do that
Even their GM didn't respond to his email
I will spend the rest of my life telling people how awful Ford isI will tell them how horrible McFarland Ford is, and how terrible David F* is
