I do not remember this event please send a legible copy of the receipt with with warranty in formation on it. We always stand behind the warranty purchased. Thank you [redacted]

 I have now went to another tint professional because I was unable to roll the window down. I am now just asking to be reimbursed for the amount of $35 which I had to pay this other company. I could not wait any longer and tint pros was not willing to help me with my warranty
