Review: I went to this business to have my windows tinted on my car. I have a major bubble in one of my passenger windows and they didn't even fully tint the back window. I went back to get a partial refund of my money so a real tint professional could fix the issues, they refused to do so and don't know how to properly tint a rear window. They can't fix it the proper way. I brought my car to a different tint shop and they can tint the rear window the proper way. They can't properly tint windows and they refuse to give me a partial refund.Desired Settlement: I paid $220 cash. I wish to get a refund of $120. $100 for the rear window and $20 for the bubbled passenger window.

July 17, 2014To Whom it May Concern:This customer came into our location to have their car tinted. 1 week later the customer called our shop to inform us there was a bubble in one of his windows. We told him he could come by our shop and we would take care of this issue at no extra cost to him. We also put in an email (see below) we would come to his work or home to also take care of this issue.Thanks,Kevin The Tint Shoppe

I am rejecting this response because: The tint on my rear glass window is peeling from the top where they cut the tint below the dot matrix. I brought my car to a different tint shop and they said they can tint my whole rear window no problem and showed me how they tint a dot matrix area on a car. Professionals know how to tint a dot matrix area. I am simply requesting $100 back not the full amount.

What I feel is owed to me for their shotty work.
