Review: I called this place 10-12-15 based of their listing for window tinting that was posted on [redacted] for $99.00 I spoke with a guy whom initially told me the pricing was over $200.00. When I mentioned the listing spoke about a 10% discount if mentioned that you saw the ad, he had no idea of this AD or anything about a discount an questioned what ad I saw. once explained, he then went on to say the pricing was actually $160.00 or I could get 10% off the $225.00..... This made no sense to me, so I explained I was calling around to get quotes and ended the phone call. Once I read the AD more in depth I decided to call Tint Tech back to get a better understanding an Brent answers again. I had more questions about the price and services vs what the AD was stating an Brent told me that "this is advertising and its all about the game, to get the call and it worked" his exact words...... I asked, "do you want the call or do you want the business"... as the conversation went on, he told me in 20 years of business he has never had someone question and complain about the price on a AD an said " I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE" and he HUNG UP the phone... I called back, no answer.....called back again, asked to speak with a manager. He replied he is the manager....I asked to speak with the owner, he told me he was not in at the moment and that because I was questioning the prices and service, that I needed to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..... I requested to have the owner of this shop call me right away... Terrible, terrible first impression of this shop. . . If you have questions about their pricing/services don't ask because they obviously never experienced this before. I am highly disappointed in this type of customer service displayed from this company and this employee Brent. I am concerned about business practices like this that attempts to pull the "bait and switch" technique on customers.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to be contacted and warned about this type of practices. I would like for them to honor the price listed on the AD. Also, I am requesting to be contacted by the OWNER of Tint Tech. I also would like Revdex.com inform them not to speak to customers in this manner an show more respect than just hanging up in their face and demand that they go to another business because of questions/concerns about their pricing and services. . . This is unacceptable for any customer.
