Company refused to refund my money for labor due work was unsatisfactory and has failed to correct my issue after numerous request by phone and email
Tint world installed numerous stereo items in my 2015 infinity q50 which includes speakers, amps as well as a sound processor. after about 2 weeks I noticed that I could not fade front to rear on my speakers. and I contacted the manufacter JL audio for tech support I was advised that the sound processor was installed wrong in the vehicle. I reached out to tint world in person on 06/17/2020 and spoke to manager Chase who listened and agreed there was a issue. he set me and appointment to fix the issue on Monday 06/22/2020 due to to his attitude towards me in the store I left a negative review on the company corporate site as well as reported him to the owner of this tint world location. as a retaliation for my review Chase refused to perform work on the car including fixing the issue I already paid tint world for work performed. I sent numerous emails to request warranty work be performed and they responded until I remove a negative review they refuse to do any work on the car. I am requesting a refund of 600.00 that I paid for labor on the grounds that work performed was unsatisfactory.

Desired Outcome

a refund of all labor so that I can pay another shop to fix the issue refund on amp speaker and processor install $600.00

From day we met this customer, during his very first visit to our store, he attempted to extort us. He literally said "I want you to do the work, but I want it cheaper than that... so just do it, but you won't get a good review." With that comment, we told him we don't do business that way, and asked him to find another shop that would better fit his needs. However, we did end up working things out and agreed to do his install.

This installation was performed by two of the most experienced car audio installers in the country, including one installer that is ranked top 12 in the nation. There is nothing wrong with our work or the install, but this client still wasn't happy with his sound (which was almost all his own equipment that he had bought online). We offered many ideas and solutions to make it sound better. He didn't want to pay for it. When he listened to our $10,000 demo sound system, he said he wants his car to sound like that... but at 1/4 the budget -- which just isn't possible. From day one, this client's behavior has been erratic, threatening, and harassing. He makes repeated phone calls to our store, harassing our staff, and sends repeated emails complaining about things that aren't even related to our work. He has created fake online accounts and emails us from fake aliases, as well as leaves us fake reviews from fake aliases.

We work extremely hard every day to ensure every client leaves happy. We go out of our way to ensure quality and customer service, and our track record shows it - where we were ranked the #1 car stereo shop in North America. But in very rare instances like this, you reach a point where you realize you are working with someone who will never be happy with anything reasonable. For the amount of extra time and attention we gave his install, he received so much more than what he paid for, but still thinks he's due something from us.

He has edited his online reviews from positive to negative multiple times and threatens us each time he does it. We noticed he has left similar 1 star reviews for multiple car audio stores that all couldn't make him happy... so there seems to be a pattern here. He has also deleted and removed THOSE reviews too multiple times, which we have copies of, so he's playing games with all of these shops. We have spoken with several of them, and confirmed this to be the case.

Lastly, after all of this, he told us if we didn't pay him $400, he would be reporting us to the Revdex.com and leaving more reviews. Just another example of extortion.

We have filed criminal charges against this individual and are currently working with the Seminole County Sheriff's office and the state attorney to prosecute him. We have been instructed to not have any communication with this individual, so we will not reply to any of his continued threats or messages to us. We are only replying to this Revdex.com complaint since it is required, in order to remain in good standing with the Revdex.com, as we always have been.

I paid what was charged to me for the work provided with receipts given at the end of service rendered upon having issues with product sold and installed I gave the shop ample time to fix the issue to no avail I am not harassing this company by attempting to request them fixing a issue
