Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Tinus Marine is stating the problem was caused by no oil in the engine Due to abnormally high water this summer, we had a long period of no wake regulations and did not use the boat regularly We didn't use the boat enough even to add fuel from the original fueling performed by Tinus Marine So the lack of oil in engine would be a Tinus mistake, not ours The August service call about the engine issues we were experiencing was the second call regarding acceleration and engine performance issues we were experiencing Regards, [redacted]
