Clinesha Springfield checked into the Woodfield Inn with credit cards, her business and her personal. We charged her business card at check out. She called and told us to charge her personal card and refund her business cardWhen we tried to charge her personal card it declined so we
left the charge on her business card so that we could get payment for her nights stay. As far as her lost jacket, we are not responsible for any lost or left items on the property. ***

Money was refunded and issue was resolved

I have received your letter regarding the situation with Mrs***I (***) did speak with Mrs*** on 4-17-I tried to locate her concern about a charge on a lost reservationI could not locate any charge at that date and timeI did let her know that I would speak to my boss on this
situationI spoke to my boss the very next dayHe was able to locate this charge via last of credit cardAll staff isn't able to use this toolWe located the reservationIt was a miss spelled name mistakeI myself did call back like I told Mrs*** I would and informed them of a full refund that was applied to this client on 4-18-We do send our apologies once again with this matterIts never our intentions to upset any of our guestWe did take complete responsibility and gave her a full refundWe have also discussed with staff to make sure that all guest names are repeated back to stray from any further mistakesIn a situation like this a confirmation number will be helpful to rule out any issuesThank you ***

This guest had a dispute over not having 2 televisions in her hotel room.  We know our hotel and would not have told her that there were 2 televisions in this room.  That being said, we were still going to give this guest a discount for the misunderstanding.  The guest chose to call...

the hotel multiple times and curse at the staff.  The guest also wrote bad reviews online.  After these action were taken, the discount was canceled and the guest is no longer welcome at this hotel.thank you
