To Whom It May Concern,Mr [redacted] came into purchase a vehicle from us on 8/14/After spending a couple hours with Mr [redacted] and him test driving the vehicle of choiceHe inquired about getting financed for the vehicle We got him approved through a finance companyOur policy is if you would like us to take the vehicle of the market and not sell it to anyone else you leave a deposit for us to hold it for youMr [redacted] made several phone calls to his Wife to confirm that he wanted to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle and he planned to bring the remainder of his down payment as well documentation required for the auto loan The next morning I had my lot porter prepare the vehicle for delivery and called Mr [redacted] to let him know that the vehicle had bee prepared for deliveryAt this time he said he did not want to purchase the vehicle because his wife did not want him toI explained to him the policy and ask if there was anything I could do to help resolve the situationHe became erratic and said he was coming to get his moneyWhen he came in he was still speaking loud and using profane langue and I asked him to come into my officeHe was disturbing customers and taking picture of staff and saying he was going to put my staffs photos online and make complaintsHe wanted the his deposit back and wanted thenI explained to him that we do not keep that amount of cahs on hand and it was deposited into the bankI asked him to come back later and I would have the dollars he paid us in the form of cashHe came back and we gave him his deposit back on He seemed to have calmed down and since we have not heard any other issues or concerns from Mr ***In my option the matter has been resolvedPlease let me know if you have any questions and thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell my side of the occurrence [redacted] Attached you will find the document signed by Mr [redacted] for his full refund from Tiny Mite Auto Sales*Sincerely, [redacted] 228- [redacted]
