Tiny Prints sent my infant's photo to the wrong address and I can't get the item with the picture backDon't send your private photos, they'll share them with strangers!

My mother always said - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! So shame on me for thinking this company could print, address and mail my Christmas cards out accurately! will go down as the year we sent out a blank card - yes, no photosHow embarrassing! The only reason I found out about this mistake is because I ordered some extra cards and had them mailed to my homeMy advice is to print your cards elsewhere and address and mail them yourself

I have never been more dissapointed with a company as I am with Tiny Prints They say whateverto get you off the phonehave no understanding how they are still in business Avoid!!

For the holiday season I ordered over $in Christmas cards from Tiny Prints and over $in other gifts from them My cards came and about 1/of them have a white strip down the front right-hand side and a bright read strip down the back left-hand side Its tackyI called to complain and they offered me a $credit Good to know they wont stand by their product I deserved at least double that

Horrible company! I would highly recommend you to NOT use this company Ordered my Holiday cards on 11/with a Guaranteed deliver date of 12/ On 12/I noticed they were still in "Printing" status and emailed their customer service to make sure my cards were still in process they reassured me that my cards were almost done printing and that I would still be receiving my cards no later than 12/ On the morning of 12/12, they emailed me to tell me my order was delayedI immediately emailed them and asked when my cards would be hereThey couldn't guarantee before Christmas I told them to cancel my order, in which they did without an apology and then wrote me later, saying if I pay this new amount that they would reinstate my order and have them delivered to me no later than the 15th It is now the 14th and I received an email saying that my order has been delayed, AGAIN I should have known better than to let them charge my card againAnd now I cannot even get through to their customer service This is by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with, with a company Before you order from them, please take the time to read the hundreds of negative comments on their Facebook page and other sitesYou will definitely have second thoughts This company should not be in business!!

Tiny Prints is horrible! My copies of my holiday cards arrived today, and they sent copies of the wrong family/card! In the envelope, there's a copy of our order information along with a small picture that previews what our cards should look like, and yet they still managed to send the wrong copies! What's even worse is that when I contacted Tiny Prints about their mistake, the best they can do was give me a 25% refund off my orderNot even a full refund! Are you kidding me?! Definitely will not order from them again!

Incredible customer service when a package was lost in the mail (so not the fault of Tiny Prints) Couldnt be happier with their customer service, truly These guys are amazing (and I LOVE my cards!!!)

This is my first formal business complaint and I am really confused why there aren't more reviews for the shockingly terrible business planning and customer service of Tiny Prints For the past three years, my holiday cards are delayed well past what was advertised/promised and then they continuously provide promises on delivery time, requiring significant back and forth This year has been by far the worst Fool me once, shame on you...fool me times, shame on me Never again!!

For the holiday season I ordered over $100 in Christmas cards from Tiny Prints and over $75 in other gifts from them. My cards came and about 1/3 of them have a white strip down the front right-hand side and a bright read strip down the back left-hand side. Its tacky. I called to complain and they offered me a $16 credit. Good to know they wont stand by their product. I deserved at least double that.
