Tinychat Cannot Make Text Chat Auto Scroll
Tinychat cannot figure out how to make text chat auto scroll. The text chat stops auto scrolling after a few minutes of people typing in all rooms. The only way to make text chat scroll is to click on unread messages or keep scrolling down unless typing.

have 350 worth of charges on my credit card unauthorized. awaiting to hear back could not find a phone number and trying to get this resolved with merchant before my bank gets involved. thanks

When I was going through my hepititus c treatment and was in bed for a couple months this site was the best thing I made friends on this sight made a lot of the days back then tollerable I didnt feel alone now days the site seems to have a lot of issue with working I have a pro account that just wont work was banned from the chivery that room needs looked into lots shady stuff going on there just saying I love the site and hope some one fixes my account soon thanks famousecho

I've emailed their support twice, I get no help. I've wasted two of my accounts trying to make a room that is NOT an insta room. I even upgraded but this site is not friendly usable. I brought a whole other chat site to tinychat but they are leaving because I cannot mod my room because this site does not clarify how to make and ACTUAL room and not an insta room. its depressing that I spent money to promote but nothing else can be done. They make money of chatters just to sit on their as and not help.

As stated in the multiple support requests you sent us, we are sorry that you were having difficulties using our website, and have refunded your subscription purchaseAlso as stated, when a subscription is refunded, it is automatically removed, and your account reverts to a
free account.
Since we have already refunded your purchases, I'm afraid there is not much we can do further, as we have not been able to replicate the issue you were experiencing

Review: I've wasted money buying coins on this website to promote a room I moderate. It seems every time I promote a room, it gets cam botted (this basically loads a bunch of cameras in the room really fast causing almost everyone to disconnect). These cam bots will cause the room with 50+ users to disconnect and after the bots leave, there are around 10 users left in the room, making the promote completely useless. These cam bots have been an issue for a long time and TinyChat doesn't appear to be doing anything to prevent this from happening.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all the money I spent promoting. I will not be spending anymore on here until this cam bot issue is fixed.

Review: Hi, I subscribed to Tinychat pro because it says I will get priority directory listing in the Tinychat directory if I subscribe to pro. After I subscribed to Tinychat pro I was in my chat room for several hours the first day and I never showed up in the Tinychat directory. So I emailed Tinychat support and asked why I wasn't showing up in the Tinychat directory. They told me in an email that I had the category "other" selected and they don't list chat rooms with the category "other" selected. They said if I change the category to something else then I will be listed in the Tinychat directory. So I changed my Tinychat pro account chat room category to "hangout". The next day I when into my Tinychat chat room for several hours and I noticed when I checked the Tinychat directory in another browser tab I wasn't showing up in the Tinychat directory. So I emailed Tinychat support again asking them why I wasn't showing up in the Tinychat directory. They then told me I do not need to purchase pro to appear in the Tinychat directory. They said pro accounts will just make the chat room appear before free chat rooms but there has to be 3 to 5 people in the chat room before it will appear in the Tinychat directory. I believe that the upgrade to Tinychat pro ad is false advertising stating that you get priority directory listing. Cause the only way you show up in the Tinychat directory is if you have at least 3 to 5 people in your chat room. Everyone that pays to upgrade to Tinychat pro should have their chat room listed in the Tinychat directory even if they are the only ones in their chat room.Desired Settlement: Everyone that pays to upgrade their Tinychat pro account should get listed in the Tinychat directory even if they are the only ones in their chat room. There should not have to be 3 to 5 other people in the chat room to show up in the Tinychat directory if you pay for a Tinychat pro account. Otherwise they should change their upgrade to pro ad clarifying that upgrading to pro does not guarantee you will show up in the Tinychat directory unless you have at least 3 to 5 people in your chat room.
