The customer contacted [redacted] customer service on July [redacted] and was responded to on July [redacted] with... troubleshooting tips after which [redacted] received no further response. He then contacted [redacted] again on July [redacted] and a refund was issued by [redacted] on the same day. From our perspective, this has been resolved by the [redacted] customer care team.
