Mr. [redacted], got approved by the finance company already, unfortunately it took a little bit longer, because Mr. [redacted] change jobs 2 weeks after he applied for credit with us.
We are sorry about the misunderstanding when we had to ask for his pay stubs of his new job 2 weeks later, but this is part of the process to get everybody approved for credit by the finance companies.
Regarding the power steering leak, we ask him to bring the vehicle back to have it check by our mechanics, and since he didn't, we assumed that the car is running fine.
Again Mr. [redacted] got approved by a finance company called "First Credit", and he already made his first payment. Documentation and proof of everything that is stated here, can be provide upon request.

Review: They told me I got preapproved for a truck..I gave them 4000 down payment and payed the dmv fees that were like 500. 2 weeks I got a phonecall and they were threatening to take the truck away if I didn't go give them a copy of my paystub. And if I didn't give it to them I was going to lose my depisit and truck. So I gave them a copy of my paystub.. and still no amswer from the finance company called first credit..so I called the finance company up to find out were I'm going to go do the payment at and they've never even heard of me .. they said they never approved me..so I went with the dealership n he keeps saying everything is okay and its nit. I asked for my deposit back and they denied it.. wat can I do? Also since I got the truck its been leaking power steering fluid that's connected to the brake line...that's dangerous. I'm upto myhead with this ..sounds lije a scam to me I never even got finance so why did the dealwr say I had been approved. I just would like my deposit back and hat I payed for the dmv fees. Its so unfair! Amd sounds like a scamDesired Settlement: I want my deposit back 4,000 and tbe dmv fees I payed 500.00 and please tell them if people ate not approved dnt take their money n lie to them that they are.

Review: We bought a 2006 jeep Cherokee from here in December 2013. And two weeks after the purchase we returned because of a transmission leak asking to swap the car for another one instead, They supposedly fixed the problem and a week later the same problem happened again and car wouldn't drive. They again supposedly fixed the problem. Now the truck has been sitting for a month cause it's not drivable with a blown transmission. I been trying to contact the dealer but I always get the same thing ether no one is here to help u win that or we will forward ur message. Finally I walked back to the dealer and waited 2 hrs for some one to come out from the back when they originally told me nobody wS here to help me. They basically told me to leave because there's nothing we can do and that we could whatever we wanted with the truck.Desired Settlement: I want a automobile that actually works or replacing my transmission

When Mrs. [redacted] brought her vehicle back about two weeks after the purchase to get a transmission leak fixed, the car already had more than one thousand miles. We offer a thirty day or one thousand miles warranty on engine and transmission. This warranty wasn't valid no more and even with more than a thousand miles we did the repairs to this vehicle as a courtesy to Mrs. [redacted]. When she came back the second time with the same problem this vehicle had already been drove for almost seven thousand miles, we help her again as a courtesy because we wanto to keep our costumers happy. Now after four months that she is driving this vehicle, she is demanding for an exchange or transmission repair, we informed her that unfortunately the vehicle is out of warranty.
