unprofessionally. The stain was in fact due to the leather trim, and the worn out buckle must’ve been affected for some reason that we can only assume. You already knew that cleaning this white trench coat was not going to be easy based on your statement, “…this is a tricky cleaning.” So please take this into consideration. You already knew that it would not be easy, and implied that you understood the risks involved with cleaning this coat. The end result was obviously not what you wanted, but you still took the risk. After the situation we discussed it with our employees, and we concluded that the white trench coat was in the same conditions that it was already in when you made the request for it to be cleaned. At the same time, the coat appeared to have been cleaned more than one time, which you can see from the worn out tag (the tag inside the coat with instructions on how to clean it), which could’ve affected the coat if not cleaned properly. However it is possible that the winter season has affected the coat due to snow or rain as well. Since you requested the cleaning on June **, 2015 and picked it on September **, 2015 (three months after the initial purchase), we are not held responsible for any shrinkage, fading, trimmings, buckles, shoulder pads, beads, belts or buttons after 30 days. This policy of ours can be seen on the bottom of the ticket that you received and accepted. We regret that you were not satisfied with our service, and we will not be paying your white trench coat, but we will give it to you back for free. The buckles that you complained about that were worn out have been replaced, but we were unable to fix the leather stain.

Dear Revdex.com,Here is my clarification.To be honest, the answer Tio's gave is an insult. Here the actual text of their response so as not to be taken out of context: "Everything else is in good condition, besides the small discoloring on the leather trimming that we were unable to restore. Even though it’s still there, it shouldn't hinder you from wearing the coat, considering that it still serves its main purpose in keeping you warm. Plus the discoloring isn’t so severe that it would cause the coat to be unwearable."Let me start with each statement."Everything else is in good condition, besides the small discoloring on the leather trimming that we were unable to restore."The cleaners told me they can't dye it darker. It's not a complicated fabric. Of course it can be dyed. This is the statement that causes me the most frustration, and I am being kind with the word "frustration" here:"Even though it’s still there, it shouldn't hinder you from wearing the coat, considering that it still serves its main purpose in keeping you warm." This is a slap in the face. Does this mean I can bring a coat in, and if it keeps me warm after I get it back, I should be happy? I didn't take the coat in because it wasn't keeping me warm. I took it in to be cleaned, and it came back with stains and damage. If they spray painted colors all over the coat and rubbed grease and dirt into it, it would still keep me warm. And they followed up with this for good measure:Plus the discoloring isn’t so severe that it would cause the coat to be unwearable."There was no discoloring there when I took the coat in. I didn't take my business to Tio's to have them discolor my coat.This casual dismissal of my concerns takes customer relations to a new low. How many unsuspecting customers will it take for them to wake up to their responsibility as a reliable business?Best regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I visited the cleaner last night and was told the they did not do anything for the coat stain as they can't do anything about it.I consulted my friends who had the similar situation, they resolved the matter by either dying the clothes to darker color or receiving monetary compensation.Tio's Laundromat cannot do either of them, and I still have not received the coat back.
