Tipclub is a business networking organization that sells premier memberships Since premier members are given immediate access to thousands of business leads on our website and allowed to attend meetings for 12-months, our fees are non-refundable When this member joined, he began to ask a lot of unusual and detailed questions about our website and data which we always promptly replied (see attached emails) After we helped this member with the website, he raided our site's database and accessed thousands on proprietary business listings Soon after, the member started to attend our business networking meetings After one meeting, the member alienated other members and called us to criticize the event He was extremely abusive to our members and staff His complaints included that there were "not enough people at the meeting", "another member upset me", "I don't like the meeting time", etc Although we have no control over the attendance of our events (we would NEVER promise 40-attendees - most of our groups would be happy with attendees), we went above and beyond to make this member happy and handled every small issue the member stated There is nowhere in our contract with members that we guarantee a certain number of attendees, the behavior of other members, or the ability to change the times, dates, or locations of our events to accommodate the schedule of every single member Our current members no longer want to work with this unreasonable and cantankerous member so that is why we believe he had left the group - but only after he collected a large amount of our proprietary leads, generated new referrals, and closed new clients We have been advised that we should alert our [redacted] subscribers and his employer, [redacted] , of this member's behavior which we are in the process of doing The client never once pointed out where there was a breach of contract; rather he has just rambles on about minor grievances, degrades our members (i.ecalling them "backstabbers") and making unreasonable demands Because of his actions, this member has been permanently banned from our organization.Tell us why here

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hi,
The message from the business is completely full of
falsehoods.
To start, I reviewed the attached emails.  I found a total of 4 emails, none of which
were longer than 5 sentences.   I would
hardly called these detailed.  As to them
being unusual, I simply wanted to ask where I could select my category of
exclusivity, as this was the major selling point from the business.  I then asked the benefits of the website
since I didn’t understand the member posts.
I appreciated the prompt responses from the business.
At no point did I “raid the site database and access
thousands of proprietary business listings”.
I never saw more than 20 business listings on the site, so I didn’t
spend more than 10 minutes on it.  I’m
sure if the business asks their website technical staff to look into it they’ll
be able to see my exact time spent on it and a log of anything I downloaded,
which they will find was absolutely nothing.
I would never spend money in an effort to scam or deceive another
business, so I recommend looking into that claim further as it is a total
fabrication of the truth.
At the second meeting I attended (not my first) in which I
was promised exclusivity; I did nothing to alienate any other members.  I simply left the meeting when I realized the
company had breached their agreement with me, I didn’t say anything to anyone
there.  In fact, after the meeting, the
team leader Yvonne called me to apologize for the mix up and said that she
thought I would be a great addition to the club and was sad to see me go.  I told her I wasn’t happy with the sales
tactics of the corporate office and I just wanted my money back.
Your allegations that I was “extremely abusive to our
members and staff” are a complete fabrication and absurdity.  I called after the meeting to explain what
happen, tell them how frustrated I was, and tell them I expected my money
back.  I never said “another member upset
me” – as none of them did.
My three main complaints, as stated in my initial email are:
1)
The meeting time which was promised by Ashley
from Tip Club on the initial sales call was incorrect. If I had known the
meetings would be in the afternoon instead of 8 AM, I would have never joined.
2)
I was told at my first meeting by Yvonne the
average amount of members is between 40-50.
At the first meeting there was about 10, and at the second one, 18.  Far from 40-50 and I would not have joined if
I had known there was such a small audience.
3)
My third and most important complaint, which
wasn’t even addressed in the response from the business, was the bait and
switch sales tactics convincing me to join your organization in promise for
exclusivity.
There was absolutely no mention of my most important
complaint in the response from the business, yet they made up falsehoods assaulting
my character, behavior and actions.  The
breach of contract occurred in all 3 of the points listed above.
I at no point ever called another member a “backstabber”.  I emailed Tip Club Corporate and said that I
had no interest in being in an organization that encourages other members to “backstab”
each other.  When I was being pitched on
joining the group, I was told “even if you don’t have exclusivity in a
category, you can talk to members afterwards and collect their business for
that category”.  I found this incredibly
shady and representative of backstabbing tactics.
I never collected proprietary leads, generated any
referrals, or closed any clients.  I
found zero value in my brief membership with your organization, which is why I
am asking for my money back.
You are welcome to alert your members that I am no longer in
the organization, and if you would like the direct phone number of my manager I
am happy to provide it.  The team leader
of my office is [redacted] out of [redacted].
Regards,
[redacted]
