I [redacted] (TIP Repair and Maintenance) had a contract with [redacted] to strip wallpaper where located through out his home also texture walls where...

we stripped the wall paper repair any minor drywall damage where necessary . We set a due date for two weeks , but he kept adding other projects to what we had agreed on, so this is more time . We did the work that was stated but we ended up doing texture through out the entire home at no extra charge. the extra work took us in another two weeks, he text me and tells me he wants us to leave cause we where taking to long and that I had told him that everything would be done in two weeks , and him not taking in consideration the extra work he wanted .So he basically told me that he was gonna break our contract ,which that work was already done we never made a contract for the extra work is was just word of mouth. So now he wants me to pay for something that he had extra done ,and he never paid the balance owed on the contract. I tried to explain to him that the reason we where still there was to finish the extra work he added , all I needed to finish up the extra work was one day but he insisted we leave. I tried working with him but the reason it took an extra two weeks on the extra work is cause on three seperate occasions he could not make up his mind on what exactly he wanted.
