Review: I still have not received a $75 costume that I paid for back in 2012 and have been extremely patient for the three months that I have been asking for it. I have made multiple contact attempts to which I am told they will get the costume to me. It is now October 2013 and I still do not have the costume in-hand. When I go by the dance studio or leave them a vm or facebook message, they tell me they have already responded to me. That is not the case. I have never received a reply phone call or voicemail from them. They have responded via facebook message and have told me in-person that they would mail the costume to me...yet I still do not have it.Desired Settlement: I would like either the costume or the full $75 refunded to me.

Response to Case #[redacted]We apologize for the length of time it has taken to ship the costume in question to the customer. The costume has been shipped to the address provided

to the studio by the customer. The costume was shipped overnight via United States Postal Service and we would hope she has received it by now.

The address provided by the customer to the studio differs from the address shown on the correspondence. I would like to point out that the customer

actually paid for two costumes and picked up one of them prior to withdrawing from the dance program. The costumes are given out during the

corresponding class period prior to the annual dance recital which was held in June of 2013. The costumer withdrew from the program and did not

return until the summer. We had a second costume for the costumer when she came to the studio, however it was not the correct costume. Our studio

operates on a summer schedule and we are open only in the evenings three (3) days a week. The customer did return to the studio wishing to speak

directly with me, however when she came I was teaching a class and was unable to leave the children unattended. All said we admit that we probably took

too long the ship the costume and apologize for any inconvience that might have caused.
