I had a problem with my fridge , called the service and they came by in the afternoonHe check out the fridge and said that I needed a relay switch,he had one ( universal relay switch ) and this will work fine he saidHe installled it , checked some readings with his meter and said everything is fine.Charged me around $and said byeThe fridge worked for a day and then back to the same problem.Called back the service to report the same problem and was told that I need a new compressor now and that this would be expensive, but nobody showed up to check anything[redacted] Nobody from the shop wants to talk about it, they just insist that I need a new compressor

After a bad experience from this less than honest company, ( Tom , women who answers the phone and repair guy ) Tip Top Appliance is just a jokeFirst they send a repair guy to fix my washer , had to replace a couple of parts result washer still not working ( this was in May ) I was told it needed a wiring harness this would take a month to come in and still no results when I call they give you a run around and tell you it is on back order they don't call you back when you leave a message , they pass the buck onto Everyone else instead of being honest to the customerNow they tell me another week before this issue will be resolved I'm not holding my breath *** *** *** ***

Having difficulties with my refrigerator not cooling but freezer is fineTechnician said the mother board needed to be replaced, he concluded this by only looking in the freezer However he did not look at the mother board nor look at the back of the appliance for that matter to see if there was any air obstructionHe was done his analyses within minutes and $I was not satisfied so I went on *** *** to look up trouble shooting tiupsThe first tip was to pull the fridge and remove the plate along the bottom back of fridgeTo my surprise there was a thick film of dustI proceeded to vacuum and clean the insideThe refrigerator was working shortly thereafter,within hrsI called the company to speak to management to express my concernI was told I would receive a call in hrs...no callI called back 4days later in case they had the incorrect phoine #...they did have the correct #I was told I would get a call
BY the end of day...I did notI called for a third time,the next day and finally spoke to management I expressed my concern and findings and all he could say was "GOOD FOR YOU", ITS WORKING NOW SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? I was shocked and very disturbed with their lack of professionalism from the technician, to the analysis, to customer serviceIGNORANT!!!
