Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/10/19) */ This is in response to the customers complaintWe try to help each and every customerWhen we first received the call from the customer we immediately called the Manufacturer to have them come out and service the dishwasherIn addition to calling the manufacturer we also contacted a contractor that we work very close with to check on the unitIn case it was a plumbing or installation issueFor the customer to say that we are providing her with poor customer service and go and file a complaint and a bad yelp review its plain ridiculous Bosch dishwashers just like any other manufacturer have their own service department and we cannot change their service appointmentsIn this case the manufacturer scheduled the earliest appointment available and would have been ready to repair or replace the dishwasher if it was found not repairable or the parts were not readily available When the appliance was checked by the service tech it was found that the problem was in fact something that had nothing to do with the dishwasherThere was a piece of bone below the filter in the drain line preventing the dishwasher from draining After the service appointment was done I tried contacting the customer to see how things were goingShe was very rude and would not even let me talk and just kept on threatening that she would make sure that no one would buy from this businessAt that point I wished her a good day and ended the call I thank you for taking the time to review the complaint and hope you now have a better understanding on this caseAs for the store we will continue providing the best possible service to each and every customer
