Datatek Services has called my business insinuating that they are a supplier of printer cartridges for us. They are not. They spoke to unauthorized staff for authorization to send printer cartridges. They shipped printer cartridges Epson M188B and mailed an invoice for $904 for 12 cartridges. These cartridges can be purchased in a package of 6 for $10. Less than $20 for 12 cartridges.

Review: I took my [redacted] shirt into Tip Top Cleaners for dry cleaning in June. The shirt came back colorless. Unbelievable, should of came back with original orange color. Proprietor stated that shirt had defective dye. Absolutely no truth to this response. Shirt had been take to same cleaners several times without incidence. Also, I took shirt to Nordstom, which was place of purchase. Nordstrom sales representative stated that there is no such truth to the clean's claim shirt was defective. Mr. [redacted], owner, has stalled either reimbursing me for shirt or replacing.Desired Settlement: Either provided $112 for purchase of shirt and/or replace shirt.

Review: Lost 7 items of clothing. After many calls they finally called me back to fill out insurance information, after that, they have never returned my call despite several messages. Poor business practice. Complete negligence on their behalf. They collect money from insurance and have not credited me a penny....not even a return call. I'm sure they will have more of these over time.Desired Settlement: Want credit or cash for lost items.

After 6 months of leaving messages, seller agreed to pay me $150 for $1,000 worth of clothes. This was not solved by a long shot. This business is irresponsible and was non responsive for months. Should be noted on type of business they run. Thank you for your follow up.
