I am willing to come out and provide the landscape fabric per her complaint. However, I will not replace the bush since I had instructed Ms*** that she needed to water the bush. I had stopped by a week after installing it and had noted that the hydraenga plant was withering and sun
parched as well as the hosta was browning up: Signs of not being watered per my instructions. I have photos of the completed work at her home that I can provide to support my response
