I am rejecting this response because:There was no apologyAs a daughter of a business owner, I have learned that one must acknowledge when they're wrong and always be kind to guestsHowever, the man at this business was not kind at allIn fact, he got an attitude and angry after I told him I would contact my uncleI would certainly accept this explanation had I received an apology and a complimentary serviceI do want to say, that the color used for my gel was great, however, the service was notMy friend and I got terrible serviceThe ladies were not kind at allThey gave us attitude and had such an unpleasant look when providing serviceMy friend complained to me the whole time and did not say anything because she had already paidJust the look on the employees faces intimidated herI have asked many people about this nail salon and a lot agreed that the gel manicure was advertisementThey did they their full set was a great serviceAs a business owner, you want every customer to come back if they had a bad experience.
